Andy looked over at Skylar's sleeping form and stood watching her for a few minutes. She had been exhausted after giving birth to their son. She needed her rest. He walked over to the bassinet and stared down at Aiden's small form. A smile touched his lips as he turned and left the room leaving them both to sleep.

He walked into the living room. Surprisingly Scott and Evan were still there. He wasn't sure what made them decide to help Skylar in her time of need, but he intended to find out. Not that he didn't appreciate what they had done for her, but there was still the matter of them being loose ends. They knew too much and he needed to deal with this now, before it came back to haunt him later.

Both the jocks had their backs to Andy. They didn't even realize he was in the room. Andy looked over at Ash and CC who were sitting on the couch facing him. He shared a silent communication with the two of them. They both nodded to show that they understood. He closed his eyes and called to both Erica and Lacy. Both girls were at his side almost instantly. They were followed by Kevin and Karen a short time later.

Andy stepped into their view. Both boys looked up at him. He saw understanding dawn in both their eyes.
"Well, I guess I knew this was coming at some point." Evan said in resignation.
"I don't suppose there's any point in trying to run is there?" Scott asked.
"You're welcome to try, but you won't make it to the door." Andy replied.

They both nodded. Andy walked over to a chair and set down before pulling out a cigarette and lighting it. He took a puff and exhaled before speaking.
"We have a problem here. You two witnessed something the other day you really shouldn't have. Now you know too much. Marcus already tried to do something stupid and had to pay the price for it."
"You killed Marcus." Scott said. It was a statement not a question.
"He tried to hurt Skylar and Aiden. What would you have done if it were you?"
"Marcus never was too bright. I guess if it were me, I would do anything to protect someone I loved." Evan said. Scott nodded in agreement.
"So what are you going to do to us?" Scott asked rather calmly.

Andy took a drag from his cigarette and then stubbed it out. He looked at them and was silent for a moment thinking. When they weren't around Randy, they weren't so bad. They both seemed a lot smarter than Him as well. He wondered why they even hung out with him. He also took into consideration that they had left Randy behind to help Skylar.
"I tell you what. I'm feeling generous so I'll give you a choice. You both seem pretty smart so I think you'll make the right decision."
"What is it?" Evan asked.
"You have to understand, I can't let you go completely. You two have been harassing Skylar for a long time. However, for whatever reason, you both put that aside today and came to Skylar's aide. The choice is simple. You can become a vampire like Lacy and Erica over there and start helping me protect Skylar and Aiden, or you can end up like so many others who have hurt her and Kevin over there can help me hide your bodies."
"Or you can let me bite them if they don't want to be vampires" CC chimed in.
"There you go, there's another choice." Andy said looking at the two boys.
"What are you?" Scott asked CC.
"A werewolf."

The two boys looked at each other. Andy could practically see the wheels turning in their heads. They both nodded at each other.
"Alright, we'll do it. We'll help you protect Skylar." Evan said.
"But I'd rather do the werewolf thing. I don't like the idea of drinking blood." Scott said. "No offense." He said looking over at Lacy and Erica.
"None taken." Lacy said.
"Alright, you've made your choice. Let's do this." Andy said standing.

CC stood and moved to Andy's side. Scott and Evan followed the two into the back of the house. They entered one of the spare bedrooms and closed the door.
"Two things before we do this. One, Evan you will not be allowed to be alone with Skylar until I know you can control your thirst. And Two, Scott, CC will be in charge of your training. Try not to wake up Skylar when he bites you. She needs her rest."

Both of them nodded. Andy moved over to Evan and let his fangs slide down. Evan looked at him nervously. Andy bit into his wrist and told Evan to drink. He did so reluctantly. When Andy pulled his wrist away, he quickly snapped his neck. He caught Evan before he could hit the floor and laid him on the bed.

Andy turned to see Scott staring at him with a shocked expression.
"Don't worry. He won't stay dead. Your turn."

CC pulled off his clothes and changed into wolf form. He took a moment to stretch before he turned toward Scott. Without warning he lunged and sank his teeth into Scott's arm. Scott grinded his teeth together, trying not to make a sound, but Andy saw a single tear run down his face. CC let go and backed away. Scott swayed on his feet then began to fall. Andy caught him and laid him next to Evan.

Andy closed his eyes and called to Erica. She entered the room a moment later. He turned as she came in.
"Watch them. You know what to do. CC will stay with you and deal with Scott."
She nodded. "How long do you think it will be?" she asked looking over at the two boys.
"I don't know exactly. It didn't take you as long to wake up as it did Lacy. So we'll have to see."

She nodded again and Andy left the room. He entered the bedroom and checked on Aiden before crawling in beside Skylar. She shifted closer to him and snuggled into his side. He kissed her forehead before closing his eyes and drifting off to sleep with a smile on his face. Tomorrow there would be two new members of their little group and the next time Randy saw his two friends, he was going to be surprised who they were hanging out with.
