"What the hell is going on? Why was it such abig deal that half a drop of Chris's blood graced the tip of my tongue? AND WHAT the hell does Mister Thorn-In-My-Side have to do with any of this?" I bombarded pushing Kylie away from Chris, making her fall to the floor.

Out of nowhere I was thrown behind Chris as he snagged Devin mid-attack.

"Devin, Calm! Remember, she doesn't know. She didn't mean to hurt Kylie!" Chris said trying to calm him down.

Wait hurt? all I did was push her away from skinning the guy who just brought me back from a panic attack. I looked over to Kylie to see her looking up two scraped up and slightly bloodied palms. I did that?

"Oh, Kylie!" I pulled her into a hug, not caring if she returned it or not. My maternal instincts were in full mode. I helped her stand, but was ripped away from her as Devin took my place, kissing his mate's hands. I watched in aw as the small wounds vanished under his lips.

"They're freaking out, because they are afraid that you might bond with me even though your mate MIGHT BE Jinxx." Chris said placing a hand on my shoulder.

"There's no way I could be mated to such a stubborn, irritable, and rude Asshole." I growled, Kylie laughed lightly and gave me a raised eyebrow.

"Which one are you talking about?" I rolled my eyes at her, happy to be forgiven, though Devin didn't seem to be so carefree with forgiveness as his glare burned my soul. Chris flipped her off and she just winked in return. I laughed and leaned back into Chris.

"So far, Chris is Mister pushy and annoying. Jinxx is Mister needs to be set on fire a few times over." I felt his fingers flick my nose and bit the annoying digits in return, lightly. "Besides, why the hell would Jinxx even think that I'm his mate? I only just accepted this bullshit, and you guys just met me."

"The stronger of the pair always knows at first touch. Why do you think he was so adamant about you accepting what you are? Fae literally can't mate with humans." Kylie explained.

"Speaking of humans, you still need to eat, Little One." Chris said as my body started wavering this way and that from exhaustion.

"But I wanna nap." I whimpered, earning two chuckles and a giggle.

"She won't be fully healthy until she learns how to actually feed off of energy. Let me teach her real quick." Kylie said coming over to Chris and I, with Devin not a step behind. I looked at her curiously as she placed two fingers under my jaw and outlining my throat. "I'm going to give you a little bit first." She said softly. I felt something warm slide into my veins and down my arms.
"Now, put the same hold on Chris." I nodded and turned around to do the same, then realizing the motherfucker was standing on his tiptoes, out of reach.

"Bend down here, you freakishly tall leech." I growled slapping his arm. He laughed but allowed me to get a hold.

"Now, calm your thoughts and feel yourself pull from his being. It will feel cooler than what I gave you, because he's a vampire. Fae energy feels warm. Natural energy, which is absorbed by putting your palm on something completely natural, feels hot. Humans change depending on the type of life the live. Werewolves usually won't let you feed from them, because of how vulnerable the hold makes them feel." She jabbered on as I felt the coolness fill my body. It was taking a cool shower on a summer day, without getting wet. I felt a firm hand remove mine from Chris's neck.

"You take much more, and I'm going to be malnourished." He joked half heartedly. I honestly did feel a lot better. I wonder if I could last on just that. How much weight could I lo-

"None. Like I said, your body will not change unless drastically forced to. The fact that you are this small is cause for intervention. You will need to keep up a healthy, normal, human diet while feeding off of energy everyday. Once you are back to a normal weight for your size, you can switch from eating to energy every other day." Devin said sternly.

Just then there was a knock on the door before it swung open to reveal more people than I could ever remember seeing at once.

"We brought food and drinks!" The Johnny Depp Jr said as he escorted in at least 20 people.

"Perfect timing, go sit the food and shit on the table. Ladies first, then why don't we all make a circle in the living room" Chris said smiling a greeting to everyone. 16, 17, 18, 19, yep, 20 people. Well, monsters. Holy shit, what if I say something that pisses off that Jake guy again? What if I offended one of the guys who helped me? What if Jinxx tries to make a move.

"Qae, Qae? Little One, come back to me. Everything's going to be okay, look at me." Chris cooed cupping my face and making me look at him. I hadn't realized how bad I had been shaking until he stilled me. "Nothing bad is going to happen, I promise. As long as I'm here, you will never get hurt, Little One." Well, damn. That was adorable.

"You get points for that one, Lanky." I smiled and kissed his cheek. He laughed and rolled his eyes pushing me ahead of him and towards the kitchen.

"Go fix yourself a plate. You can put anything on it, but I want to see at least half of the plate full of something to eat." He called out.

"Jerk." I muttered.

"Heard that." He whispered right in my ear, making me jump fifty feet off the ground, our audience laughing at my reaction as I tried to beat the vampire to death.

"Next. Time. Make. Noise!" I growled in between slaps. I felt two arms wrap around me and carry me over to the table where piles and piles of every junk food possible piled high.

"You know, it's not nice to beat up the host." A familiar voice laughed as we both put the healthier items on our plates. Meaning, we split all of the fruit in between us, he grabbed a few slices of pizza, and we both got a Naked Juice. It was the kid Allen, from my fae class with Kylie.

"It's not nice to scare people either." I laughed following him to the living room where everybody had pushed back the sofa and made a huge circle on the floor. I went to sit on a chair before being pushed and shoved to the circle by Allen.

"Why don't we introduce ourselves? You already know myself, Jinxx, Devin, Kylie and what we are. Why don't you start, Brandon?" Chris said. The Johnny Depp Jr., Brandon, smiled and introduced himself. Apparently he, CC, and Balz were the ones who found me. they joked and laughed calling themselves the Wolf Gang. The other Were's were Austin, Tony, Mike, and Vic. Austin was the only beta amongst all of the alpha's. Allie, Allen, and Kellin were Natural Fae like myself and Kylie. Jaime was another Physical Fae like Devin and Jinxx. The dominant vampires were Andy, Jake, Ashley, Ryan, Ricky, and obviously Chris. Juliet, Ella, and Jessica were fertiles. Everyone was mildly chatting as the circle became more relaxed.

I was just quiety watching everyone converse when a hand stole a piece of watermelon off my plate and held it in front of my face.

"Eat, Little One." Chris voice cooed in my ear as his body wrapped around my back. I glared at him, hoping someone would stop him, but no one seemed to notice that the giant now had me basically in his lap with his fingers trying to force feed me. I eventually gave in and nibbled on the watermelon, happy that Chris didn't try to force me to eat any faster. I took my time and tried to chew everything until it was nothing in my mouth, smiling as Chris continued to coo and pet my hair.

So this is what it feels like to be pampered.
