Summary
Julliard's hollow was a traditional town in traditional England. People who fitted in fame and riches were miserable, sharing this ache with paupers and madmen.
Unfortunately, mad men were allowed to be mad men. The riches didn't have mad girls because they would be sent away, to be helped, and fixed, and made better. sometimes they never came back.
