Need My Saviour

Chapter One

"No, that's so fucking stupid, Andy, we're not putting that in our song!" Ashley screamed.

"No, my idea is brilliant. Your lame ass guitar rift is the dumb idea!"

The band was arguing about some things with our new album, Black Veil Brides. I sat there in the middle of it all, listening to Jake, Andy, Ashley, and CC argue. I finally had enough and ran out of the house, grabbing my violin in the process. I heard the others call after me, but I ignored them and kept running. I eventually stopped running and leaned back on a wall. I was about to begin playing when I heard something. Sobbing is all I heard from the alley next to me. I walked to the entrance and looked in. I gasped, ditched my violin, and ran towards the girl curled up on the ground with a gun in her mouth. I grabbed the gun and pulled it away. She looked up at me with her watery eyes, as if she's asking for someone to save her from her hell.

"This isn't the way to handle your problems. This won't help you," I said softly.

The girl began leaking more tears as she held onto me. She began apologizing and crying into my chest. I rubbed her back and tried to quiet her sobs. Once she finally calmed down, I walked down the alley, grabbed my violin, and walked back to her. I began playing Saviour and sang softly to her. She smiled and began singing along with me. We finished and she looked at me with wonder,

"Y-You're Jinxx from Black Veil Brides, aren't you?"

"Yes, I am."

"I-I'm so sorry I was a bother to you..."

"Hey, it's ok," I said as I grabbed her chin.

She looked at me and leaked a few more tears. I wiped them off and hugged her. We pulled away and I helped her onto her feet. I picked up my violin and we walked out of the alley. I took her to a restaurant to make her feel better, even though she refused profusely. We sat down and ordered some drinks.

"So, what's your name?" I asked.

"Oh, I'm Jade Winters."

"That's a nice name."

"Thank you."

"So, Jade," I finally said after a moment of silence, "what was going on? What made you so upset?"

She looked down quietly, as if thinking if she should tell me. She finally sighed and met my eyes.

"It's been a rough couple of weeks. People have been making fun of me at work and purposely sabotaging my work. On top of it all, my sister died a month ago and I'm still distraught over her death..."

I put a hand over hers and looked at her. She looked back at me with sorrow filled eyes.

"It will be okay, I promise," I told her with a smile.

She smiled and wiped away the stray tears on her cheeks. We talked a little over a lunch. It seemed her mood had improved over time. After we finished eating, I walked her out the restaurant. I handed her a piece of paper and she looked at me.

"If you ever need help, just call me, and I'll be there."

She looked down before nodding slightly. She hugged me tightly and we separated. As I was walking back to the studio, I kept thinking of her. The poor girl went through so much. I was just glad I could help her. As soon as I got back, the guys came up to me and apologized. I brushed it off and we went back to song writing.
