Pulling my hair into a tight pony tail, i sighed deeply. The huge living being decorated perfectly, you can see the man and woman living here are more than just sophisticated, as seen by the records and movie awards on the wall. "Valentina Gomez?" I looked up seeing a woman walked in, blonde hair flowing down her shoulders, and suddenly i felt like i was out of place-- who was i kidding, the moment i walked in i felt like a sprinkle of dust. I nodded and followed her into another room i assume it was the dining room. My breathing increased when seeing the man sitting at the end, he was... handsome. Seeing him in person, i am not sure if i should i hate him for being this good looking or fall over my feet. I sat down when the woman offered. "So Valentina, tell us about yourself."

Shifting in my chair, tugging one strand behind my ear. "Well, i am nineteen years old, my mother's friend recommended me to come here." I whispered, biting down on my lip keeping my eyes on the woman, who's name was Juliet Simms- Biersack. "I am kind of a neat freak, and i promise i can make this home spotless."

Finally he talked, and his voice was like an angel. "Do you cook?" I nodded slowly. "Do laundry, or iron," I nod once again, chewing my lip. "I see here," He tapped on my resume' "You dropped out of college?"

"Yes sir," I sighed deeply. "I do not have money, so i am saving for my second year, and my parents as well can't really afford it," For reasons i won't discuss with both of you. "I will come in every day-"

"This is a live- in." Andrew, or Mr. Biersack commented, making his wife glare at him, for which made me suspicious.

"Oh?" Yes, that would work perfectly Mr. Biersack,"

Juliet gave a tight smile, placing her hand on hers, showing affection. "You have got the job." My eyes widen, that's just... Oh? Well good for me.

"Thank you so much Mr. and Mrs. Biersack, thank you." I stood up quickly. "When can i start?"

"How about tomorrow?" Andrew asked, and i was nodding yes once again. "You can go."

I grabbed my bag, and obeyed walking out of the house, closing the door behind me. The smile slowly fading. So it begins...

I walked into the small house, seeing my mother sitting on the sofa, watching her TV show. "So did you get the job as a waitress, and that bistro Mi hija?"

Lying was not my best, but i had too. "Yes, i did. And i have some good news. I hate taking the bus, and then a taxi, and a bus again. So a friend of mine offered to let me stay near where i work, yes mami, i know i am only nineteen and you think i need protection, but... I have to get a job, and i have one now. Papi agrees with me?" I waved to my father who nodded, drinking a beer. "Mami, please before you say-"

"Valentina," She sighed, shaking her head side to side. "We already lost Alejandro-"

"We did not lose him mami," I snapped, "Sorry." I whispered seeing her brow arched, i hate that look. "Please, i will still come home when i have the chance."

"Mi hija," She sighed. "Alright," My eyes grew wide. "But i will call every night to check on you."

"Gracias Mamá, te amo gracias!" I said thank you, giving her a hug before going to my room, smiling brightly.

"You can see him now." The man said.

I thanked him and walked into the small padded room, seeing him. i stood, him sitting. "Have you done anything stupid yet?" My brother whispered.

I smiled. "I am about too." I lowered myself on the floor. "I am getting you out of here, i know you didn't take that money. I will prove it hermano, I am taking them down from the inside." i held his hand. "Promise."
