Silence

Shutting my car off after parking in the parking lot, I grabbed my phone and made my way to the door.

Walking to the front desk the lady smiled before signing and saying to me
"Erica! Nice to see you again! The 8:45 appointment right?"
I nodded and she smiled before directing me to one of the rooms were I sat and waited.

Happiness can come from patience. If that even made any sense...

See I'm happy that I have to wait because I don't have to see the doctor!
I mean don't get me wrong I love my doctor but I'm always scared to see what they have to tell me and i don't want it to be told anything bad.
I mean everybody or at least almost everybody doesn't want to be told something bad!

A couple minutes later came walking through the door, Doctor Walker.

"Erica so nice to see you!" he signed to me before sitting down. I smiled and shook his hand before he pulled out a clipboard with my name and wrote somethings down.

He checked up on me and checked with my Meningitis and made sure it hasn't gotten worse.
He checked in my ears before smiling and signing to me.
"Everything looks fine! Your good to go!"

Erica smiled and gave him a small hug before she checked out with the lady at the desk and left to get home back to the small house in the deep dark woods
