Angel from hell

I look into the streets of Los Angeles as I walk down the sidewalk. The sun was setting so I had to hurry home. I just needed a walk. A break from my dad.

I walked into my "home" (Putting quotes around it cuz really it felt like my hell) to hear my mom crying and screaming. I sighed and immediately felt overwhelmed with sorrow.

I threw my bag on the floor and rushed to the living room to see my mom on the floor and my dad,Holding a beer of course, kicking my mom and calling her a worthless bitch.

I hurried and ran upstairs and into my room and quietly shut the door. I collapsed onto my bed. I didn't not help my mom because I don't care, just because I know I wouldn't help. I would make everything worse. Like always.

Hearing a vibrate, I took my phone out of my pocket to see who texted me.

Athena: aye. Listen, there's a black veil brides concert tomorrow at 4:30. Since tomorrow is Saturday your dad will be working till late so we can go. I bought the tickets a long ass time ago but I wanted it to be a surprise. I'll pick you up at 4. Love you.

I was shocked. I love black veil brides. I decided to not text back and tell her thank you tomorrow.
I laid back in my bed and closed my eyes. While I'm laying here I'll say a little about myself, my name is Trevor May. I'm 16. My father abuses me and my mom. But, he hasn't been this way forever. When I turned 6, my dad found out my mom had been cheating on him. So instead of breaking up with her, she's became his slave and punching bag. And so have I.

Athena doesn't know, because if I tell her she'll get the police involved. Then everything will turn to shit. I love my mother to fucking death and I hate seeing her suffer but, I know that getting the police involved will ruin everything.

I feel so excited for tomorrow. I had known about black veil brides for three years now and they have always been my favorite band.

I feel more tired and mentally drained by the second and fade into a deep sleep.
