Broken Wings

"Calico. You're needed." One of God's many messengers told me.
"Really? Who fucked up now?" I mumbled. Why is it I always get fucked over when people screw up? I'm really starting to feel like a fucking scapegoat.
The boy looked at me," What did you say?"
"Nothing kid. Let's go get this over with." I step off of the ledge I was on and fall. Now you all must think I'm bat shit crazy but hey, I am. I open my great white wings and shoot up. Have you ever flown? It's the best experience on any of the worlds. The feeling that you have complete control, the air in your face and just gliding alone. It was magical to say the least. As I raced up to see the Lord, a wave of uneasiness washed over me.
I entered the room slowly, "My Lord." I took down to one knee and lowered my head.
"Ah yes, Calico." A deep powerful voice rang though the marble room, "We have a steady increasing rise of angels."
"Yes?" I ask fearing what is going to happen next.
"Because of problems in the past we've had with you, your services are no longer required."
I looked up, "What?" I was trembling badly. This cannot be happening
"You are no longer needed. You will be cast down to Earth losing your rank and title here. You are not permitted to return." The voice said gravely, "Good-bye Calico."
"My-" I went to stand up but a dark hole appeared underneath me. I fell in the abyss. White hot pain erupted all over my body as I fell down to Earth. My wings felt as if they were
being thrown apart. My skin felt as if it was getting burned and peeled off.
I fell into clearing sounded by wood. My hearing was dazed and
my balance and sight were completely off. I tried to get up slowly but that proved useless as I fell back to the ground, "Argh... That hurt's like a motherfucker." I whined. I moved my hands to my sides and tried once again to get up. The world looked like it was spinning, "Don't throw up...nope don't do it Calico nope." I muttered. Standing on my feet without falling I had to spread my wings a bit to balance better. Something black caught my eye, taking a closer look I realized it was my wings. What the living fuck!?! I need to fucking stop freaking out right now. Won't do me any good.
A loud noise filled my ears, "Is that music?" I looked over where the sound was coming from. The image was distorted and hazy, "Music equals people right?" I stumbled over there. Making it through all of the trees that I kept running into was a fucking miracle. My clothes were all torn by the time I had got to the noise of the music. I tried to hide my black wings with what remains of my cloaking magic.
You could hear a man's voice yell, "GOODNIGHT ALL YOU MOTHERFUCKERS!!!" The voice sounded powerful and commanding. To be completely honest I tried to find out who was speaking by stumbling around. I think I was stumbling around for an hour till I heard people start to pour out of the building.
"Man that was a sick performance!" I heard a girls voice and tried to hide from them.
"Yea Black Veil Brides never fails to deliver." A shuffling sound accorded, "Hey my dad's here to get us, let's go."
Black Veil Brides? Nuns? What are they talking about? Well maybe they can help me. I come out form out of the shadows once I feel that they are gone. Where would they be?
"Hey girl." A voice interrupted my thought, "Are you okay?"
I looked up, "Huh?" I saw a group of men all dressed in black and looked scary.
"Your name, what is it?" A man with brown hair asked me. He had a tattoo on his abs that read 'OUTLAW'.
"Name? Ca-Calico Lian. I'm...looking...for B-b-black...V-Veil Brides. I need helppp." I stutter and fall to the ground. My efforts of trying to keep up my spell wore off as I grew weaker and I almost fell over as waves of exhaustion kept rolling over me.
"What are you?" A surprised voice asked.
I looked at them the best I could, "Fallen angel..." I fall and hit the ground and blacked out.
