Soaring Bird

Nobody mentioned it. The silence that followed everyone that day was deafening. Nobody wanted to make Allen feel worse than he already did, and Maddox hasn't been able to look at anybody in the face.
"What is everyone's problem!?!?" Nikki demands, "Do I need to make it a rule that nobody stays on THAT bus again because apparently nobody can focus!"
"Dude, chill." Frankie says
"Dont tell me what to do! In case you forgot I am in charge around here, I make all of you! So dont fuck this up!"
"You know what," Charlie gets up and walks off stage, "I'll check my shit after you pull the stick out of your ass!"
Zeke and Frankie follow Charlie, leaving the sound guy so confused.
"What is going on?" Amelia asks Frankie
"Ask L.A. Hearts, it's not our business." and with that he walked away.

"What is going on!?!?!?" Amelia demands as she flings the door to the dressing room open
"What are you talking about?" Chantel asks her aunt
"Why is MIC having problems focusing? What happened!?!?"
"Well, Allen and Maddox had sex." Rex said
"BABE! Why would you throw them under the bus? It's their business." Chantel yells
"Because she asked and in case nobody has noticed, everyone has been in a mood over what happened and apparently it's pissing Nikki off and the less I have to hear the little bastard bitch about shit the better."
"So everyone is down because you two had sex? What the hell is wrong with that?!?!" Ameila asks trying to contain her amusement.
"He has a boyfriend, and I just became a home wrecker for the second time." Maddox says with a heavy heart.
"Oh please, you aren't a home wrecker. Allen is perfectly capable of saying no, and if he didn't say no last night, and you didn't push yourself on him, you did nothing wrong. Allen and you are adults, adults who need to pull their shit together if they want to have a good show tonight! Now get to soundcheck."

After soundcheck everyone was getting ready for the show.
"Did you say no?"
"What?" Allen says looking at his best friend
"you heard me, did you say no?"
"No. I didn't... OW!"
"Allen Albert Watson! How dare you!"
"Dude your middle name is Albert!?!? HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!"
Chantel shoots Rex a look, and turns to her best friend. "You owe Maddox an apology! You didn't explain that it was mutual! You made everyone think Maddox was the bad one!"
"No I didn't! Everyone just assumed!"
"And you didn't say anything! It's the same thing! Apologize! Now!"
"Maddox, I'm sorry... I should've said something."
"Whatever, it's cool." Maddox shrugs from his chair
"No, it's not, please let me fix this, let me make it up to you."
"Fine."
Everyone looks at their drummer, what is he thinking?
"You want to make it up to me? Tell Eric."
