Soaring Bird

Camera's line every corner of the room. Chantel and the guys are about to meet who they will be touring with this fall and Alt Press is here to cover it.
"You guys ready?" Amelia asks
They all stand and nod. The door opens and in walks the band Motionless in Color. Chantel rolls her eyes when Chris Motionless' son Nikki Motionless walks in. She hates this kid because he isn't original, like honestly his band name is a rip off of his fathers and he is sexist despite his father's efforts to change that.
"Oh, well hello." is all he says to Chantel before addressing the men of the group.
His other band members are nice though and they say hello and introduce themselves.
"So shall we get this over with?" he says taking his seat
This is their second tour and so he already knows how these works and is being very rude and impatient. Everyone takes a seat and sadly Chantel is forced to sit next to this prick.
"Hey guys I'm Steven from Alt Press and I'm here with Motionless in Color and the new upcoming rock band called L.A. Hearts. Hey guys how are you?"
"Great, I can't wait to get back on the road and tour." Nikki instantly answers
"What about you?" he says addressing me
"We are very excited about starting our first tour, this will be a different experience from the other tours I have been on." Chantel starts out.
"What other tours have YOU been on?" Nikki says annoyed
"Well sometimes I would join my father and uncles on their tour to help with selling merch or VIP or even stage set up."
"Right your Ashley Purdy's daughter." Steven says
"Yes,"
"Oh so thats why you started this band," Nikki cuts off.
"No actually my best friend Allen, who is also the guitar player of L.A. Hearts, is the one who pushed me to pursue this, and even though I was stubborn in the beginning I'm glad he did. Because of this band I got to meet two amazing people, Maddox our drummer, and Rex, our bass player." Chantel explains including everyone in her speech.
"This tour is called Color Hearts do you like how they combined the names?"
"It's whatever," Nikki says
"I think it's cool. Especially since there is no set opener or closer." Allen chimes in
"Right, you guys will alternate right?"
"Yes." Chantel says
The whole time this exchange is taking place Nikki is getting more and more irritated. He doesn't think it's fair that he has to share his tour with this band that nobody knows.
When the interview is over Nikki storms out but the other band members stay and they all decide to go out for pizza.

"So what's the deal with Nikki? Besides the fact hes a sexist spoiled prick." Chantel asks Frankie, the drummer for the other band.
"That's about it," chimes in Charlie the bassist
"Why do you guys stay in his band?" Rex asks
"I need this, my parents say if i leave any band I can kiss music goodbye" says Zeke the guitarist
"That sucks..."
