Nightmares, Tears, and Dark Figures...

I shot up into a seating postion, sweat dripping down my face. I panted, looking around the dark room, my eyes ajusting. This was the 5th time I had the same nightmare. A blonde haired girl with bright red eyes and fangs, and a snake wrapped around her shoulders. I flicked the light on, and looked at the clock. It was 3:00 AM. I sighed, lying back down. I stared up at the cealing, trying to nod back off, but It wasn't going to happen. I sat up and sighed. I hated the dream. It wasn't only from the night I was attacked, it looked like a mixture of that attack, and another one that I either couldent remember, or didn't happen to me. I shut my eyes and saw tears pooring down that sweet innocent face that was blocked by a shadow, making it impossible to see who it was, or what they looked like.

I sighed, and got up, getting dressed quickly, and leaving the house. I thought that I might as well get some coffee and have a walk, seeing as there was nothing else for me to do. I left the house, and walked down the dark street, the cold wind making my hair blow about. I walked to the nearest Starbucks, and ordered my drink. I looked around the nearly empty starbucks. Someone caught my eye quickly. A blonde girl sitting in the farthest corner, her head in her hands. I got my drink, and walked closer to her. She lifted her head, and I knew exactly who it was. "Rosie?" I asked, and she turned to me, tears down her cheeks. "Oh...Hi Andy." She said, quickly wiping her eyes. "Whats the matter?" I asked, sitting down across from her, and she looked at me.

"Nothing. Nothing I'm fine."
"Your clearly not, otherwise why would you be crying in a starbucks at three in the morning?"
"It's just....It dosent matter." I sighed, and lifted her chin so that she was looking at me. "You can tell me. I promise you that you I wont say anything to anyone if you don't want me to." I said, looking straight into her eyes. "Fine. It's just, my brother and the others who live in the same house as me. I'm in a bit of trouble, and their not helping me at all even though I need it. I need help and they wont help me." She said, more tears falling. "Well maybe they don't know how to help. Don't cry Rosie please." I said, grabbing her hand. She looked at our hands on the table, then at me, then down into her lap. "Tell me whats the trouble, and maybe I can help?" I said, and she looked at me with nervous eyes.

"You can't Andy. It's....a family issue." She said, and I nodded. "OK then. If you need to tell me, I'm always here to listen." I said, and got out a pen out of my pocket, and grabbed a napkin, writing my number onto it and passing it to her. "Call me, text me, whatever you want to do." I said, and she smiled, taking the number. "Thank you." She said, taking a swig of coffee. I looked at her, then at outside. "How about we go for a walk? I mean I'm not planning on going home yet, so we could if you want to?" I asked, and she smiled. "Ok then." She said, and we got up, and left the cafe. We walked down the street, and came to a little park.

"Race you." I said, and she laughed as I ran into the park, and towards the trees. Suddenly she ran past me, her hair flying in the wind. I stared at the beautiful girl, looking back at me, smiling. I was starstruck for a second, before snapping back to reality, and speeding up towards her. She jumped onto the tree trunk, and turned to face me. "Bet you." She said, grinning at me. "No way. You cheated." I panted. "How?"
"Your hair was in my face."
"Only because I overtook you." She said, sticking her tounge out at me. I waggled mine back at her, and she giggled. I sat down on the floor, and she sat down beside me, smiling at me. "So, how come we havent talked much?" I asked, and she shrugged her shoulders, not making eye contact with me. "To be honest I thought you'd be a bog standard rockstar. But your really not are you?" She said, looking me in the eyes. "No. I'm not."

"Good." She said, and a gust of freezing wind came across us. "Jesus christ." She said, putting her knees underneath her chin, and shuddering. I scooted over closer to her, and put my arm around her. I snapped my hand away sharpish. Her arm was freezing cold, way to cold to be just from a gust of wind. "Jesus are you usualy that cold? Your freezing." I said, rubbing her arms, trying to make her warmer, but failing quickly. "Oh.l..I errmmm....have bad circulation." She said, looking down. "Bad Circo dosent usually make you that cold. Are you sure?"
"Its a bad case, but I'm used to it." She said quitley, brushing me off. She stood up, and looked at me. "Are you coming? If I don't get home soon they'll be wondering were I am." She said, and I nodded, getting up, and following her out of the park.

We walked for a while, talking about anything and everything. Suddenly a dark figure dropped down in from of us, and stared at us with pure black eyes. "Well hello there...this is going to be a different feast..." They said, cackling with laughter...
