Renegade Reasons
Well here goes nothing.
Val groaned and then rolled over onto her back. When she opened them, the sun burned her grey-blue eyes. She cringed and reached for curtain to pull it closed. She kept reaching, but then gasped as she went tumbing off her top bunk. She groaned again and then rolled onto her back and looked up. She sighed and muttered to herself, "I am such a damned clutz in the morning.....". She slowly attempted to get up and grab the wooden beam on her bunk. She used it to pull herself up right. When she straightened her posture she yawned and then looked around. She brought her attention to the clock on her wall. She say the time. It was six thirty. "You have got to be fucking kidding me.". It said six thirty PM.
She reached under a pillow and flipped her phone open. She had recieved 8 messages from Justin, Finn, Angel, and Kaitlyn. She chuckled when she saw she had 40 missed calls from Angel. She ran her fingers threw her hair and then dialed Angel's number. When Angel picked up there was a moment of silence then she screamed "WHAT IN THE HELL VAL?! WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU?!". She laughed "I slept in. Obviously.", "This isn't sleeping in. This is you being a lazy fuck. Now get over here now.", "Alright, alright. I'll be there in tne minutes."
She shuffled over to the dresser and rubbed her eyes before pulling out her Batman shirt and black and yellow half and half jeans. She slipped them on and went to the vanity with her makeup and braclets and such. She put on all of her black and yellow bracelets. She brushed out her auburn hair and then put smoothing serum into it. She messed with it for a minute and then ended up putting it into a ponytail with a portion of her really long "bangs" down. "Wow. Kaitlyn was right. My hair looks like Meg's.". Kaitlyn and Val had watched Hercules the night before and she had commented on Val's hairstyle like so.
She slipped on her black knee high converse and stuffed her skinny jeans into them and tightened them. She then applied her eyeliner and then pivoted on her heel until she faced the door of her apartment. She smirked and then walked towards the little stand with her keys, black sunglasses, and helment. She grabbed then and took a step outside. She made her way to the elevator and then went down to the parking garage. She walked towards a red and black sport ducati. "Ello m'dear. I missed you.". She swung her leg over it and then slid the key into the ignition and slipped on the black helment that was customizied to have little orange ears on it. She slowly pushed her self and then bike backwards and then turned towards the parking exit. She came up to driveway and looked to her sides before turning to the right and taking off down the street.
She reached a small looking recording studio and noticed that there was a few more cars than usual. A couple of black SUVs were parked by the front. She pulled up next to the little steps by the door and shut off the bike and pulled the key out. She swung her leg off of the bike and walked up the stairs. She pushed threw the door and felt the cold air on her arms. She looked around and no one was in the lobby. She pulled off her helment by bowing over slightly. When she came back up Justin was in front of her and about to hug her. She sighed and then smiled slightly. "Hey there.", "Hey!!!". He hugged her tightly and then squealed awkwardly for a guy. "Guess the fuck what?!.", "Fucking what?!". She spoke as if talking to a dog or child. He chuckled and said, "Black Veil Brides has stepped into the studio. Our managers are talking as we speak. We've been talking while you were alseep. Awesome right?". Val smirked and started to walk passed him towards the lounge area. "Whoopdy doo. I'm so excited." "Hey be a little more excited then that.","Why should I? They're just another band.", "Val! We might make it big. We might go on tour with them.". She raised an eyebrow and then shook her head and sighed. "Where the hell are they then?". He smiled and then walked with her. "Come on.....".
Justin brought her to the lounge room and sat down on the longest couch next to Finn, Angel, and Kaitlyn. She looked to the couch opposite from them and saw five guys dressed in mainly black. She looked back to her band and raised her right hand and waved it slightly outwards with her thumb, index and middle findger extended. " Sup motherfuckers.". Angel spoke first. "Took you long enough. Hey guys this is our....esteemed, lead singer." Val laughed and walked over to her. She set the helment into Angel's lap and sat down next to her while looking at Black Veil Brides on the other couch. "Hey there. I'm Val. It's a pleasure to meet you all.". CC laughed and waved "Hey!". Ashley nodded, "Hey there.". Jinxx and Jake spoke in unison, "Heeyyyy.". Andy nodded and smiled, "It's a pleasure as well. I'm pretty sure you know our names?". Val smirked and nodded. "Who wouldn't?".
Val and Andy talked for a few minutes while the other talked in a group. The two managers came out and spoke loudly. "Hey guys! You have a tour to prepare for.". Val growled, "Thanks for letting me know. I have phone ya know....", "Get over it." She stuck her tongue out and BVBs manager said, "So who's hungry?" We all nodded and agreed. Renegade's manager said, "You're all being seperated into different cars, k?" Val smikred and picked up her helment, "I think not.". She walked passed them with everybody else following. She pushed the door open and walked up to her bike. "You guys mix up and all that shit.". Andy smiled widely, "Nice bike.", "Thanks." He nodded and walked off to one of the SUVs with Kaitlyn, Jinxx, CC, Justin and Finn. The second one had the two managers, Jake, Ashley, and Angel.
Val slipped on her helment and started up her bike. She got a mesage from the manager. 'Don't really care about this tour do you?', 'Nope.' 'Oh well. It'll be fun. Where do you wanna eat?' 'Just follow me.' 'k......'. Val Chuckled and rode off to a diner that had a 1950's theme to it. The parked and then stepped in side. Val ended up sitting with Andy alone in a booth. He started the convorsation off. "So.....you're a Batman lover as well?" "I eat sleep and breathe it." Val chuckled, "But I think you still beat me." He laughed, "So is this place good?" "Only the best." "I shall be the judge of that." After he said that a waiter walked up and took their orders. Val said, "I'll have the grilled cheese.", "And for you sir?" Andy paused for a moment and said "Hm.......the same I guess." The waiter nodded and walked away.
The two of them sat and talked for two hours. They soon began to really get to know each other. The managers stood up and told us all, "Alright guys you can go off and do whatever for a couple of days. See you then!". The waved and paid for their food and left. Val chuckled,"What are you gonna do?" Andy shrugged,"I don't know. Hang with you I guess?" She smiled, "That'd be great. Here, this is my number and address. Come find me or call me when you get bored with you hooligans." She wrote them down on a napkin and slid it across the table. He smiled folded it up and put it into his pocket. "Will do." He smiled and stared at her for a moment before the waiter brought them thier food. After they finished, Val stood up and walked outside with Andy. "I should get going. Text me later or something.", "Alright." He suddenly hugged her and then walked away. Val stood their suprised and then shook her head. She slipped her helment on and rode home.
When she arrived at the door of her apartment she sighed and unlocked it. She pushed it open and then slammed it closed. She shuffled over to her bunk and climed onto it. She passed out soon after lating down. She started to dream about the tour and what could happen. She enjoyed it until not too soon after falling asleep she was awaken with a tall figure and a couple of slightly shorter figures surrounding her bed. She couldnt make out who it was but they yelled, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!". She groaned and then closed her eyes and pulled a blanket over her head.
