Who Am I?

We were all heading back to the BVB tour bus after a long show. When we got there there was a pretty little female who didn't look to good.
Thats when I noticed there was blood down the left side of her thin face, and through her hair her eyes were glassy, and bloodshot, and there were cuts and bruises over most of her visible skin.
She looked dead but the she said almost at a whisper: "H..help m..me"
She got it out just in time before her dull sky blue eyes rolling back in her head.
I dashed to her side, yelling: "We need help ever here now!"
Two paramedics came from no where, and the The two paramedics and I were crowded around the unconscious female as she began to convulse violently.
One paramedic told the other: "Grab the oxygen tank!"
"Yes!" He murmured as he stood and hurried away.
Paramedic #1: "Miss?.. Miss, can you hear me?.."
No reply as she continued to seize
Paramedic #1: ".. We've got you Miss.. You're gonna be alright!"
The second paramedic then appeared with the oxygen tank and a stretcher.
Paramedic #1: "We have to get her to the hospital quickly, are you riding?"
Me: "Yes."
They then got her and I into the back of the ambulance and we took off.
