Fantastical Catastrophe

Chapter 1

Dru POV

I sit alongside Jenna; fiddling with my nails and a calm smile on my face. This moment one of those in which I am happy.
"You seem pretty stoked to see Black Veil Brides, this may just be the happiest I've seen you to date!" Jenna laughs, the sound becoming hysteric when she sees the face of her older sister, Anabel, in the wing mirror.
"This is the happiest you've seen her? She's pulling the same face I pull when I'm trying to be polite to Crazy Marge..."
I snort at the remark but broaden my smile a tad; the two sisters in the car have always had a positive effect on my usually sour mood.
"There we go!" Anabel grins at me and I roll my eyes, leaning forward to turn up the song playing via a CD; Ritual by Black Veil Brides, one of my favoured songs.
We all sing along as Anabel pull into a parking lot near Altar Bar, the crowd streaming down the road and crossing back on itself thrice.
"This looks fun..." I scowl at the amount of people before my body grows cold as I scan two girls, standing apart from each other, but both giving me the same feeling.
They both stand tall, both look oddly familiar and both give off an amazing presence.
As we get out of the car, I rush to join the crowd before it grows any bigger.
"Yo, where's the fire, Dru?" Anabel rushes with me, Jenna walking behind briskly in her platformed sneakers.
"Sorry, I thought I saw someone I knew.." I shake my head lightly, moving the white blonde hair from obscuring my vision.
Anabel stares into my eyes for a moment or so and I begin to feel unnerved. Glancing away, I smirk as I notice the doors opening and begin to rush inside, completely ignoring the merch table and heading straight for the stage.
"Run!" Jenna shouts, and glides ahead, despite the platforms.
Anabel and I follow, ignoring the attention as people stare with faces clouded with apparent disgust.
We hit the barrier as a group, grinning, and I soon notice we weren't the only ones with the genius idea.
The two girls from outside, stood to the left of me, again split up by their friends, but still in a close proximity.
They both turn away from their conversations and we all stare at each other, our purple blue eyes following the similarities between us all.
The electricity builds around me and I feel like the world has been blocked out.
I know these two... I think and jump when voices flood back.
I know you too...
Same here...
I cock my head to the side and consider for a moment when another voice floods in.
You know one another.. Dru, Nyssa, Connie... You share one Fate.
My eyes widen and the voice lifts, along with the void surrounding us.
I look around and realise how loud it is, as well s how busy it got, all without noticing it.
The other girls, Nyssa and Connie, seem as surprised as I and we all look in the direction of the bathroom before making our excuses and running off for a moment.

We run into the disabled toilet and I lock the door, turning round to lean on it. "You got that too right?" I stare at Nyssa and Connie, both of which were nodding.
Nyssa shakes her head, her glossy blonde hair, so like mine, shifting with the gentle movement of her willowy figure. "That was odd... But I think I get it. My parents spilled to me a few years ago that I might meet two girl who I feel a somewhat odd connection to."
Connie looks at her like she's grown two heads. "That's pretty conveniently fucked up. But," she grins manically "I can totally go with that."
"So what did they tell you?" I frown at Nyssa, and fold my arms, hoping her explanation makes some sense.
"Well we can work on details later, but its based around the story of the Fates. Dru, I think you see stuff, right?"
I glare at her, but nod anyway.
"Well, I can supposedly convince people to do stuff or not and Connie knows what's going to happen before it does. Supposedly." She looks at Connie who nods, her smaller frame seeming to shrink in itself.
"So yeah, for now we can go and see the gig but I think it's about time this happened." She holds out her two hands to Connie and I. "It's nice to meet you, I'm Nyssa."
I take her palm, my face straight and cool. "Dru."
Connie grips her hand and mine and excitedly announces her name before stopping.
"Funny, I can't see anything," she mutters and I rip my hand from hers before storming out and back to my friends, the other two trailing near.

Notes

Hey guys, first update, not too sure what even I make of my idea so far but please leave comments on what you think. And yes it is BVB involved but I just needed to get my characters straight. Prologue will be up soon, I forgot to write it and realised it's needed.
