I love you as long as the bridge hugs gently the river

Everything started in 2020 June. 20. It was a cloudy day, but beautiful in a strange way .
Since the 3. World War began, we were terrified, what would happen.
Me, by the way my name is Helena, and my sister Julie, we were so scared that something would happen to our parents.
In that day our best friend Sara, and her parents came to visit us, and to have a little bit fun.
But everything was destroyed...
- Oh hello Sara, Good afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Wood!! How are you ?
-Hey Helena it's been ages since we last met!- and Sara gave me a mortal hug.
-Oh thank you for asking, really good, where are your parents?-asked Sara's mother.
-Well they are waiting for us in the kitchen to have dinner!
-Then let's go, I'm so hungry!!- Mr. Wood shouted
My parents were already waiting for us. I looked around in the kitchen, my parents really did well this time. On the table there was a very expensive tablecloth, and my mother's favorite porcelains. And the decoration was simple, but beautiful.
-Oh hello !!- said my mother enthusiastically
-I'm so happy to see you!
-Then let's go and eat!!
Everything was perfect, we laughed a lot, and talked a lot.
When we finished the dessert; it was a chocolate cake; my sister, Sara and me went upstairs to talk about, of course, BOYS!!! and so on, our parents, like always, stood there to talk about the war.
Since the war began, they couldn't talk about anything else, just the war. It's kinda boring, for us sure, for them no!
Anyways, so we were in my room talking, laughing and again talking.
-So Helena, how is it going with Mike?
-Uhh Sara you're walking in dangerous places, watch out!- Julie said laughing, but she got a pillow right in the face! touchdown nigga! haha, Sara just laughed about it.
-Well we're together, but not together, it is hard to tell, so I can only see him on weekends, because he's in the army; i gave them a very sad and fake smile; We spend so little time together. It's so sad, I really like him, but since the war began. he has changed a lot, but so am I . I think that our relationship is just slowly dying.
-God can be sometimes harsh, really harsh, come here sweetheart- Sara said, and she gave me a bear hug.
-That must hurt a lot, but we are here for you and...-Julie said, but she was interrupted by a loud sound. Someone was shooting near out house.
-So what was I saying?- Julie asked us.
This was something usual in these times, but then my dad hastily opened the door and started to pull us out of the house. We kept questioning our parents what was happening, but they didn't say a word to us. We were running into the forest as fast as we could. When my dad thought that we were safe, he stopped, so we too, while everybody tried to catch their breath Sara asked what we all wanted to know:
-Now, please can someone just tell us what's going on ??!!!- Sara shouted, while she was still trying to catch her breath, because her talent in running it was like my talent in dancing, ZERO, actually she was bad at any sports, she was always the girly girl.
-SHHH!!- her father tried to silence her and began to whisper- the enemy has attacked our city and is trying to kill everyone- oohhh like a fucking fairy tale, I thought in myself- We have to hide in the forest, until everything is going to be OK.
-Like in a fucking fairy tale, especially the guns, anyway how come you-And looked at our parents-have guns? I thought it is banned. Oh Jesus I can't fucking believe this- she just walked in a huge muck and tried to shake it off.
-Everything is going to be alright, just don't panic!- my dad said but my sister, who had been sitting now just erupted.
-How can you say stuff like that??? HOW NOT TO FREAKING PANIC!!!! Do you see what we are dong, we are hiding in this freaking forest. I'm 16 years old, I should do normal things...- but then the enemy started running towards us shouting.
-Everyone drop the guns!!! Now!! Or I'm gonna fucking kill you, all of you!!!!- this was it my knees weakened, I could only hear screams, and I could only see that how our parents were covering us. I felt that I'm gonna collapse, but then a sound of a gunshot heard, and I came to my senses.
