Crows Capers ( The misadventures of a Rock and Roll kitty )

Dad's in the music room working away again so I thought I'd take a minute and check in with all you cat lovers. Seriously the dude doesn't know how to stop. Currently he's sat at the little piano in the corner with a huge black leather bound book in his lap where I should be. Yes Dad can play the piano, Bass and Synthesizer too! Not all at once though. That would be a neat trick if he could. What doe's he write? Lyric's and weird sketches. He's forever doodling in that book!

Dad promised we would do a film night. We planned on watching the film Seven again. Femme usually loses interest so it's me and Dad on the sofa, Dad sat cross legged while I lay on his knees or more often shoulder. Alot of the time one or both of us fall asleep but neither of us ever seem to mind.

When Dad is in this mode though it's best to stay away. I'm not sure if he's writing stuff for Black Veil Brides or his Andy Black side project either way he will be in his own little world for a while. Mumble some words, play a few cords, take a drag from one of his cigarettes, then repeat the process. That's usually how it goes. Femme and I have learnt to give him his space when he's like this. Sometimes though I insist on helping, meowing along with Dad as he sings a line of song lyrics to test them out.

Progress doesn't seem to be going very far. Training Daredevil my new baby bro has taken up a good deal of Dad's time since he got back from Warped tour. Not that Dad seems to mind Daredevil getting in the way much. You can thank yours truly for supplying cuteness lessons later bro!

The piano's stopped. Looks like Dad's abandoned his writing and gone to get more coffee
That stuff along with cigarettes are what keep Dad going during writing. Yuck! I honestly don't understand why Dad and the other dudes in the band love Starbucks so much.

Speaking of other dudes, three of Dad's favourites are due to arrive any minute now. Dad's cousin Joe who Dad helps out with some sort of online comedy show. Apparently humans find it very funny. It wasn't so hilarious for me the one time I happened across them filming a scene and Dad was jumping around on a bed in little more than his under wear! Talk about embarrassing. It might be O.k for us cats to go around sans clothing but not so humans. Especially when it's my Dad! He's such a dork. Cringe!

Patrick Fogarty the cool dude that helps Black Veil Brides with a lot of their music video related stuff is coming too. The art on those things is awesome. Bryan Stars, one of Dad's other buddies is joining us them to do one of his interviews. Bryan is always welcome here. He's always a laugh. Today Bryan is even making an appearance in Average Joe, That's the name of the show by the way. Who knows maybe I'll feel like making a guest appearance this series too. It's not like I haven't joined Dad before on interviews etc. I'll only do it if Dad keeps his pants on though!

Oh, looks like Dad is finally taking a breather. Man it's about time! A cat gets hungry ya know. I mean sure Dad's fingers are tasty and great to bite on but a cat needs proper cat food right? A meow and nudging Dad's leg before guiding him to the kitchen again should do the trick. I wanna make sure I've eaten and given myself a bath before the guys arrive. A cat's gotta look his best after all, just in case I end up in front of the camera again. Bye now.
