Jinxx's P.O.V.

We were officially back in Los Angeles. As we head to my place Elise stared at the window captivated by everything. She says, "It's so different here than back home." I reply, "Yeah. I've lived here a long time and I still don't think I've seen the whole city. Maybe I'll show you around sometime." "I'd like that", she says. Soon we arrive and I ask, "What do you think?" Elise replies, "It's beautiful." Once we're inside I show Elise to her room and say, "I'll let you get settled and feel free to explore the house if you want." As I leave her room and enter my own I see there is still a good amount of Sammi's stuff here. She must still be moving out. I really miss her still, probably more that I should. The house seemed so empty without her but, maybe with Elise here it won't feel so lonely.

Elise's P.O.V.

The room was beautiful with dark cherry wood furniture, red and black bedding, and beige carpet. I even had my own bathroom which was nice. After I finished unpacking I took Jinxx up on his offer to explore the house. I didn't find him, maybe he was still in his room. I looked on the mantle in the living room and saw a picture of Jinxx kissing a woman with blonde hair with black underneath. She was very pretty and I felt a pang of jealousy in my stomach. Of course a guy like Jinxx is taken, he's way too sweet to be single. Stepping away I decide to watch some tv. Mindlessly I was flipping through channels till finding a show called Vikings that caught my interest. After a few episodes I was hooked.

As the next episode started I heard Jinxx say, "I'm glad to see you made yourself comfortable. I reply, "Yeah. Just watching some Vikings." "Cool. I love that show", Jinxx says.As he sat down on the couch I noticed he'd been upset. I ask, "Is something wrong?" He says, "No I'm fine." "Talking about it might help you feel better, come on", I reply. He says, "Okay fine. About six months ago my wife Sammi filed for divorce. She never gave a reason why except we'd been growing apart. Ever since that day I have asked myself what I did wrong, or what I could've done differently. When the divorce was final I decided to give up on love completely. The guys kept telling me that I would love again someday. Part of me now hopes they are right. But I am nowhere near ready enough to date again." I didn't know what to say after he'd finished. That woman was crazy to leave Jinxx. If he were mine I'd tell him everyday how much I loved him. I'd also tell him how special, and wonderful he is. Wow I really sound like I have feelings for him. It's not possible it fall for someone after not knowing them that long.......is it?

Jinxx's P.O.V.

Elise was right after talking about it I felt much better. She's a very good listener. Maybe if I ever feel ready for a relationship we could have a chance. But right now I just need to focus on myself.

Well Elise is officially living with Jinxx. Will this bring them closer or make things more awkward? On a different note how many of you do watch Vikings? I have become addicted to it.
