Love Again

Belle's POV

His girlfriend is a complete brat. But Andy seems happy, happier than when I last saw him. I go and pour myself a cup of coffee to enjoy the hotcakes and hash browns Jinxx bought me. I slowly drizzle the syrup over the fluffy circles.
Oh and Jinxx, he looks great. He's just as I remember, sweet. Which is all a girl could ever ask for, but not me I guess.
And Denis will be home on Monday, which is phenomenal because I miss him so much. He just always has a way of cheering me up.
I don't know why it feels like there's a brick on my heart. It's my birthday, I should be happy. I don't what's wrong with me.
My phone buzzes on the table and I hit the green button

"Hey Belle, it's me Jules." She says which is bringing a small smile to my face.

"Jules, it's been so long!" I state.

"Well seeing as it's your birthday, I thought I'd come to see you."

"Oh you shouldn't have." You really shouldn't have, there's enough shit going on already, you're going to be adding to it.

"Well I'm about to board, so see you soon." Great.

"Bye." I hit the red button.

Oh great, an evening filled with the old gang, which half of them hates each other. Might as well invite Sakura too.

Belle: Hey, you should get the first flight out to Cincinnati.
Sakura: Since it's your birthday, I'm not gonna ask. But I'm gonna finish Jemma's makeup first. I'll be there at four.

Well this is just a mass of destruction waiting to happen. I might sound melodrama right now, but I'm not wrong. Andy hates Juliet and blames her for us not being together. Sakura's still upset with CC because he left her. Nobody likes Ruby. Ruby doesn't like anyone. So tonight's not gonna be what I thought it would. I send a text to Andy, hoping he hasn't changed his number.

Belle: Andy, I kinda invited Sakura, and Juliet kinda invited herself tonight. Do you mind?
Andy: It's ok, I just want to sit as far from Juliet as possible!
Belle: Haha, ok cya tonight.

It's great that he's just as thrilled as I am. But if enough things are gonna go wrong tonight, I want at least one thing to go right. I want Sakura to get back with CC, they were literally goals, and Sakura hasn't been happy since.
After I ate, I went to call Ben to see how Jemma's doing.

"Hey Ben, how's my baby?" I ask.

"Why don't you ask her yourself?" He asks.

"Hey momma." Jemma says, just hearing her voice makes all my troubles go away.

"Hey hun, are you having fun?" I ask.

She giggles, "Yeah, aunt Sakura's making me look like you."

"What do you mean baby? You already look just like me." I ask.

"She means Belle the princess." Ben says, I chuckle.

"Well I'm sure there's more fun for you, so I wanted to say that I love you Jemma." I say.

"I love you momma." She says.

"Happy birthday Belle." Ben says.

"Thank you, I'll see you tomorrow."

"I'll be there at one, bye." He hung up.

When I put down the phone, I decided to clean the house a bit before the girls showed up. So I cleaned the two guest bedrooms, along with mine, then the kitchen and the living room. By the time I was finished, I smelt like absolute shit and it was half past three. So I took a shower, did a smokey eye with Jeffree Star's Unicorn Blood lipstick, and put ringlets in my hair. I put on my little black dress with matching pumps. I looked down at my engagement ring, and left the room without it. I know dinner's not for a couple hours, but I still wanted to look pretty for when the girls got here.
The doorbell rang, speak of the devils. I opened it and they both greeted me with hugs.

"You look so beautiful Belle." Sakura said. She was wearing a white sundress with pink and purple flowers.

"Stunning." Juliet said, she was wearing a midnight blue dress with jewels.

"You wanna have a bit of cocktail hour before we go?" I ask as we enter the living room.

"Now you're speaking my language." Sakura said. I got to work making vodka martinis, when I was finished we all sat on my back porch. We all hit our glasses together. "To the best woman I know!"

"Cheers!" We all said and sipped on our cocktails.

Sorry that this isn't too long. I've been dealing with my trust fund today and I'm just really exhausted, but I wanted to update because I know that I'll be out tomorrow.
