“I’m poison.”

We were gathered around the battered t.v, squished onto the sofa and the chairs. Everyone was watching Uma Thurman transform into Poison Ivy and kill the evil Dr. Woodrue. Well, everyone else was watching it, I was watching them and trying not to get that Fall Out Boy song stuck in my head.

Andy was sandwiched in between me and Jinxx, whispering all the lines under his breath moments before the characters said them on-screen. Abi wasn’t sitting on the couch, but rather perched like an enormous cat on the back, lounging behind our heads as though it were the most normal thing in the world, except for the fact that every few minutes her eyes would dart around at the group of people who were way too cool to be sitting with us and she would look at me again mouthing “oh my god!” with wide eyes. Maybe I wasn’t the only one not really watching the movie.

Ashley, CC, Jake, And Jinxx were so nice, and a little realer than I was used to them being, sitting in my living room and all. I was just getting used to being friends with Andy but now it all feels kinda surreal again. Like I’m living some far more interesting girl’s life for a while and soon I’m going to wake up in my boring, miserable bed and this will all have been a strange but very beautiful dream. I really, really hope it’s not a dream. Well, except for the whole “There’s a vampire dictator who wants nothing more than your severed head on a plate.” That part I could do without.

I shift uncomfortably in my seat because, if I’m honest, the idea of the whole twisted vampire-filled past, (and in all likelihood future,) makes me a panicky mess and too be honest I don’t want to think about it at all. At least not until the time comes that I actually have to make a plan. Which I don’t, yet. I remind myself I don’t have to come up with anything until I leave school.

Anyhoo, what do you all think of my oc Abi? I like her, she seems cool. Who knows, maybe I'll tie her in to the whole story. Question of the several month period in which i went AWOL from this site and was posting on wattpad: What's your favorite song from the AMAZING new record?!?

As always, thank you lovely people for reading my mindless rambling and putting up with me, I hope this short update makes you happy today while I try to figure out what I want to happen next! I think it's tie for some real action in the story, don't you? :)
