What do we do with a love like this?

--Morgan’s POV--
“Please Miki...tell me whats going on. All I want to do is help you…” I begged her softly. She was looking down at the bed we were both sitting on.
“I...I really don’t wanna talk about it...I swear...I’m fine,” she told me but I didn’t believe her. This was her second time running away and I was starting to become very worried for her.
“Are you scared to tell me? Nothing will change when you do. The only thing that will change is that you are going to get the help that you need,” I responded. She sighed and played with the bedsheets in between her fingers.
She glanced up at me and then started to speak:
“I...I hate how I look...It seems like I always need to force myself through every passing day. I just...I hate myself…” She said and I bit my lip. I didn’t know what to say. I pulled her in for a hug, petting her hair gently.
“You might hate yourself, but know that there are two people that really love you. And thats me and Andy. I would do anything for you and you know that. And I’m positive Andy would also. He cares so much for you it unbelievable. I’m not sure how to help you, but just know that we are here for you, Miki. Forever and always.”
