More Than Friends?

-Nicole’s POV-
I sat in my room listening to Kiss like usual. It’s just an ordinary day. I skipped school again. No one really cares anyway, right? Hours passed by and I heard a knock at the front door. Being the lazy fat lard I am I sat there groaning because it’s so far away. But the knocking became louder and heavier. It kind of scared me. I got up, went downstairs, and opened the door. It was Andrew.
-Andy’s POV-
“Why weren’t you at school?” I asked. “I just didn’t feel like it.” “No one really cares anyway…” Nicole said with tears in her eyes. “Nicole I fucking care.” “What the hell?” She started crying right after I said that. “Nicole I’m sorry, I didn...” She cut me off. “No, it’s not you.”
-Nicole’s POV-
“D-do you want to come in?” I said stuttering. “Sure.” he said playfully. We sat down on the couch and just talked about what I missed at school. Andrew always fills me up on the latest drama, gossip, and crap in school. He’s my best friend. My only friend actually… “Hey Nic, you okay?” I was dozing off, dammit. “Oh yea I’m fine!” I said, obviously lying. ‘Hey, do you want to go walk around?” “I don’t want to be here when my mom gets home…” I said. My parents usually work late and by the time they get home they’re usually drunk.
-Andy’s POV-
“Yea, that sound cool.” God, she looked so beautiful. I wish I could tell her but, that would probably ruin this awesome friendship we have now. “Okay let’s go.” She said with fear in her tone. We walk down to the park. “Bet you I can get to the swings faster!” I was obviously trying to cheer her up. She seemed more upset than usual. “No! I’m totally gonna beat you Andy!” She said. Andy? I don’t get called that. I like it. By the time I stopped thinking about it she was already running. “Hey no fair!” I yelled.
-Nicole’s POV-
Andrew started dozing off so I took a head start. “He no fair!” he yelled, then started running. I of course got there before him. “I win!” I said while I started swinging. “Because you cheated!” Andrew said while just getting to the swing. “Hey, why did you call me Andy?” Andrew said then started swinging. “Oh well, I thought It was cute!” I said. I really did like it. I mean, this dude’s my best friend. We have to have nicknames! I am Nic and he’s Andy.
-Andy’s POV-
We sat there in silence for a little bit. After a few minutes of it I decided to start tickling her. Oh god she hated being tickled. It was all worth it though, her laugh is adorable. “ANDY STOP I-IT.. HAHAHAH!” “I’M GOING TO PUNCH YOU IN THE THROAT!” She said while her eyes fogged up with tears because I tickled her so hard. “Okay Okay!” I said. She’s punched me in the throat once, it wasn’t fun.
