Blood on concrete
I woke up monday morning to someone kissing my forehead.
" Jess wake up" cc cooed. I groaned. I opened my eyes and looked around. Cc was in front of me with his arms on my waist.
" how the hell did you get in my bed? Because I sure as hell don't remember you coming in" I said and he laughed.
" we all stayed over because it got too late"
" of course" I said and snuggled Into him.
" no no you need to get ready for school" he said
I hid under my pillow.
" no..." I wined and he laughed.

I sighed and got up.i pointed to the door.

" okay grumpy " he walked out and i chuckled.
I went to my nightstand and looked at the pictures of me and John. I sighed and went to my desk. I took out johns asking Alexandria shirt and put it on. I put on red skinny jeans and brushed my hair. I checked my kneck to make sure johns ring was there an I picked up my backpack.
I started to walk out but paused at my Mirror. I studied myself. My Carmel eyes had tints of green but were hidden behind the fog of depression that lingered on my face.I sighed and walked out my door.
I trudged down the stairs and to the kitchen where cc jake jinxx Andy and Ashley were.
" morning" Ashley said and I grunted.
" ready for school?" Jake asked and I nodded.
" I guess " I said and he patted my head.
" you'll be fine" I sighed.
" listen, you need to show then they can't do that to you, remember last time, you can defend yourself you sure as hell proved it hell you pinned me down Jess your stronger then you think. I know your not weak so don't let them treat you like you are" Ashley said sipping his coffee.
" for once he's right, show them what you can do" jinxx said.
" I'll try" I said and they smiled.

" I'll bring you let's go" cc said and grabbed his keys. I hugged everybody. And followe him.
We got in the car and my chest was heavy. I still was cut up about John and now getting beat on is lingering in my head.
Cc looked over at me and put one hand in mine.
" you'll be okay, like we said show them what you got and well pick you up after school so you can go to band practice." He said
" your all coming?" I asked ad he nodded.
" we're going to the studio after"
I nodded this time. He pulled up and put the car In park. I watched as everybody walked in the school.
Cc leaned over and kissed my lips. I smiled at the spark that he always made Inside me when we kissed.
He put his hand on my cheek.
" I love you, have a good day" he said and I smiled pecking his lips.
" I love you too Christian"
He shook his head and laughed.
" Beatrice"
I glared at him.

" bye" I said smiling and sliding out of the seat. I put my bag on and watched him pull out. I sighed and walked up to the hell.
I walked in and saw Justin standing at my locker. He ran to me and hugged me.
" I'm so sorry about your friend are you okay?" He asked and I nodded smiling.
" I'm fine thanks" I said and he smiled.
" math first lets go " He closed his locker and dragged me along with him.
He kept me close all day trying to avoid Gen and her " posy".
When the bell rang for the end of the day I was relieved. I made it through today. Justin said goodbye then ran to catch his ride. I walked out seeing jakes car and went to walk when gen stepped in front of me pushing me back. Fuck.
My bag dropped from my shoulders and landed behind me. I saw the guys slowly get out of the car.
" missed you fag" she snarled.
I stared at her.
" what happened to you hand? Cut yourself too deep?" She asked and pushed me back again making me trip over my bag and land on my back with a thud. Gen and her army laughed. She kicked my bag to the side.I saw the guys standing close by. Ashley looked at me.
All of the sudden I was dragged to my feet by gen. She ripped me up by my shirt and stood me to my feet.
Before I had time to react I was punched In the face. My face went to the side and I saw the guys tense and look at me. I know they couldn't do much considering they were girls.
Ashley nodded at me. He wanted me to punch bak. I couldn't, I'm a righty and my right hands in a fucking cast.
She punched me again and I stumbled back but she grabbed me bringing me close.
" what's wrong? Little emo a wimp?" She asked and looked at my neck.
" what's this?" She asked looking at the ring.
" don't fucking touch it" I snarled and she looked shocked.
" finally found your voice" she smirked and grabbed the ring ripping it off my neck. She tossed it to the side and it landed with a cling against the concrete.
I looked at her. She shoved me back and I fell. I saw the guys pleading me with their eyes.
Gen and her friends were Laughing down at me. Anger swirled. My mind raced and my blood pumped. I stood up and ran over to her. I planted my right foot down and swung as hard as I could at her face with my left hand.I heard a crack and blood gushed from her nose. I heard cheers.

She went to hit me but I hit her again and i shoved her down. One of her friends came from behind but I saw it from the corner of my eyes. I stuck my foot behind me and between her legs. I hooked it and reached behind me and swiveled a little so I could reach her. I tripped her and yanked her arm sending her face first in the pavement. The boys cheered again.
My anger swirled harder and my blood rushed faster. I felt a beating in my chest that got harder. The other girl came to me and put me in a headlock. I hooked my foot behind me and twisted so I had her arms a was facing her. I kicked her stomach and came crashing on her. I hit her face until she let go. I stood up and so did gen. She went to swing again and I grabbed her fist with my left hand. She went to hit with the other hand but I smacked it away. I swung with my right hand and hit her right eye. She stumbled back and I shoved her down. I stood there looking around me. Gen was on her butt holding her face while the others got up and looked at me.
" come near me and I swear to god ill fucking murder you" I snarled and they walked away quickly past the group of kids surrounding us. I looked to my right and saw the ring. I picked it up and put it on my neck. I walked to gen and grabbed her shirt dragging her up.
" listen, I tried putting up with your shit but I won't anymore, I'm sick and tired of people beating on me so hear me because I'm not repeating my self" I paused as I looked at her face . Her nose was defiantly broken with blood on it and she had a black eye. She wore a straight face. I smirked.
" you touch me one more time and I swear to god ill make you wish you never did. " I said and shoved her back. I picked up my backpack. And turned around.
" and another thing. My names Jessica and your a fucking bitch" I said with a smirk. Her jaw dropped down in shock.
I turned around and the kids moved away.
I made my way to the guys and Ashley ran to me. He grabbed me and picked me up spinning me.
" holy fucking shit you were amazing" he said and put me down.
Andy hugged me next.
" where the fuck did you learn to fight like that?" He asked and I shrugged.
" John used to train me in hopes I would fight back" I said .
Jake a grabbed me.
" we'll he did well, you kicked ass, that's exactly what I meant " jake said and I laughed.
Jinxx grabbed me.
" you showed them" jinxx said. He let go.
Cc kissed my lips and hugged me.
" I'm proud of you" he said and I smiled.
" I know"
They laughed and I saw gen get up and run inside.
"Let's go , your bands waiting" Andy said and I smiled. Finally I showed them I wasn't something they could fuck with.
We got to the car and I got in the back in the middle between Andy and cc. jake was driving with jinxx in passenger and Ashley was in the way back. I leaned against cc.
After 10 minutes my phone went off. I checked and saw it was Austin.
I sat up and answered it.
" hey Austin"
" you were amazing!! Oh my word you kicked some fucking ass I'm so proud of you!!" He said and I got confused.
" how did you know?" I asked
" I saw the video! The one Andy posted on twitter of you standing up for yourself.! Alan thought it was great how you called her a bitch, we all did , but holy shit you were amazing" he said and I looked at Andy.
" you recorded that and put it online?" I asked and he laughed.
" yeah!" He said and I slapped him.

I laughed and put the phone back up.
"We're all so proud Jess" he said and I smiled
" thanks, I finally did it, I feel great" I Saudi
" as you should ,well I got to go, just wanted to say how proud we are of you" he said and I laughed

" and couldn't be prouder" jinxx said from the front seat. I smiled and leaned against cc. Maybe my days of suffering were over. I smiled and looked out the window.
