I began to thrash around and scream and soon felt a warm body embrace me as I began to cry. At that moment I realized that I was waking up and Ashley was already awake and hugging me, trying to keep me calm. Breathing heavily, I looked up at him and saw a sad worried look in his eyes as he looked into mine.
“You okay?” He asked. I nodded slightly. “What happened? You had a nightmare?” I nodded again.
"Jacob was after me.." I whispered.
“He’s locked away where he can’t hurt anyone.” He said comforting me.
"What if he escapes? He will be able to find me easily." I said.
“No he won’t.” he said, “We’re in a totally different country, and soon we’ll be touring, he won't be able to find you.” We laid there in silence as I let my heart pulse slow down.
"Speaking of finding people.." I started, "how did you manage to find me that day?"
“You butt dialed me.” He said, “We called the police and tracked your call, but I got there before the police. I don’t wanna have to go through that ever again.”
"Hopefully we won't have to. I've never gotten the chance to thank you. So thank you so much for saving me." I said as I hugged him.
“No problem.” He said, “I would do anything to keep you safe, no matter the cost.”
"I owe you so much. I don't know what I would do without you." I said.
"Yeah I know.." He mumbled and I gave him a funny look. CC walked in with Gemma behind him.
"You ready to go?" CC asked. Ashley shook his head as he held me tighter. "Come on... Stop acting like a child and go get ready! We gotta be at the studio soon."
"Fine." Ashley said as he got out of the blankets and walked into the bathroom wearing only his boxer briefs. I caught Gemma staring.
"Stop staring at him, perv!" I said laughing.
“What?” she said, "He has a nice arse!”
“Why thank you.” he said coming out the bathroom, "I'm glad you like it.” He winked and carried on getting ready, while CC just shook his head. I sighed as I face palmed.
"That ass is mine." I laughed, "and don't you forget it." I warned Gemma.
"Yeah yeah.." She said sticking her tongue out at me. Ashley came out of the bathroom and looked over at me.
“You're going too.” He said. I nodded and went to get dressed.
We all headed to the studio. When we got there, Gemma and I sat on the side scrolling through our phones. I stared at the yummy chocolate website that I happen to come across. I’ve caught myself drooling and laughed at that.
“What are you laughing at giggle chops?” Gemma asked. I quickly wiped my face. “Ew gross!” I looked up at her and showed her my phone.
“Choooocolate!” I said with a huge grin. She looked at me funny and back at the phone.
“Purdy’s Chocolate?” Gemma read from my phone.
“Yeah that too.” I mumbled as I continued what I was doing until it finally clicked, “Wait.. Purdy!”
“Oh my god you’re slow woman!” she and I laughed.
“Oh look! There’s even a little cowboy hat one!” I pointed out.
“Definately Purdy.” Gemma said.
“Wait what?” Ashley said as he walked over to us.
“Look! There’s a chocolate company with your last name!!” I said as I handed him my phone.
“Must be good then if it’s called Purdy.” he said.
“You should go check it out!” I said, “And bring me with you!” He looked at me funny and laughed.
I looked over and saw Bob walk in. “Alright guys,” He said, “we need everyone to be in the vocal booth in 5 minutes so we can start tracking the backing to Drag Me to the Grave. Also a reminder that people are here to record the 'In the studio' segment.” He walked out of the room again.
“Can we come?” Asked Gemma with her hand in the air. I face palmed. Bob came back into the room to see who has spoken.
“I suppose?” He said and thought to himself, “You know what? That's a good idea. We could use a couple of female voices. You guys should sing.” I looked over at Gemma and glared at her. I was hoping to stay under the radar. Bob walked out again.
“I’m already on an S Club 7 single,” said Gemma, “I want to be on theirs too.”
“Wait? You are?” Asked CC, Gemma nodded.
“Yeah while I was still at school,” She replied, “a ton of school choirs were asked to join in on a single called Have You Ever, for Children In Need, so someone came round to my school and recorded a load of us singing, cuz we didn’t really have a choir. I’ll find it for you later.”
“The only singing I do is in the shower!” I said proudly.
“I know!” Ashley groaned. I stuck my tongue out at him.
“Or when you murder our songs by the pool.” Andy laughed. I smacked Andy’s arm.
“Hey don’t be mad because I can upstage you!” I laughed.
“You short asses can’t upstage someone as tall as me.” He replied.
“That’s when we knock your knees out.” Laughed Gemma. “King Pin style.”
“Umm.. Maybe it’ll be a good idea to go to the vocal booth now.” Jinxx said as he began walking out. Gemma and I followed.
“Can we hide in the back though?,” she asked as we were in the middle of the hallway, “I don’t particularly want to be filmed singing.”
“And yet you wanna be on our record.” Andy smirked.
“Theres a difference,” she said, “our faces wont be on the album but would be on the video.”
“I don’t care either way.” I shrugged. “But I’m pretty sure we can hide ourselves. We’re too cool to be filmed anyways..” I fabulously flicked my hair into CC’s face. “Oops..” I laughed once I noticed him glare at me.
“I’m gunna get you back for that.” He turned his back on me and ficked his frizzy mane in my face. I pretended to choke on a hair ball.
We all made our way into the booth and all stuffed ourselves inside. CC and Gemma stayed out towards the sound board area. I right away saw the camera filming and did my best to avoid them. I managed to sneak into the room before Ashley lead the cameras into the area.
“Where the fuck did CC go?” Andy asked as he looked through the glass to see what was going on and noticed CC and Gemma making out, “CC! Stop it! Stop it! We don’t have time for this! Come on!” Andy waved CC over. Gemma responded by sticking her middle finger up while not moving from what they were doing.
Ashley then decided to be a creep with a flashlight and moved towards one of the cameras. CC eventually made his way into the booth and we began recording. During one of the breaks, someone mentioned this being a dirty movie and Ashley pointed to a magazine page that was hanging on the wall. After we finished up recording that part, I walked outside and sat on the metal stairs and stared out into the sky. I began feeling the usual paranoid feelings again, but at this point, I knew how to just take a breath and try to push the thoughts back into my head. I heard the door open and saw Ashley walk out. He came and sat next to me.
“Hey are you okay?” He asked as I leaned on him. I nodded.
“You found me at the right time.” I admitted. He looked at me worried.
“What do you mean?” He asked.
“I was having another moment.” I said. He nodded since he knew what I meant and wrapped his arms around me. We just sat there in each others arms for awhile. It was nice just sitting in silence like this. It was definitely a rare moment and was needed. I jumped when I heard the door opened to see there was someone with a camera.
“Hey would you mind if we filmed you giving us your opinion on how this is all going and who you’re working with?” The guy said. Ashley glanced at me and I nodded as I stood up and moved out of the way of the camera shot. I watched Ashley transform into Interview mode as his voice lowered as he spoke about what it was like to work with Bob and went on about working with an All Star team right now. It made me laugh to see Ashley practically fangirl over who he’s working with. After they'd done with the mini interview, and me trying to hold in my laughing, we headed back inside to wrap up the days work and say goodbye to the guys doing the gang vocals. They shook our hands in turn I heard them ask about a picture with the band, to which I heard CC reply with;
"I'll wear my lingerie." I heard the guys chuckle.
"Lingerie is always welcome." Replied one of them. With that they headed out.
"I thought the lingerie was just for me?" I heard Gemma whisper to CC. I found myself trying to hide my laughter again as Andy turned to the camera.
"Now it's my turn to sing. Uh oh!" He span on the chair a couple more times before heading into the booth.
"You ready?" Asked Bob
"I gotta get some water now," replied Andy, "my hands hurt, I'm having like weird pains, I have to poop and my hands hurt."
"What?" Asked Bob, confused.
"I dunno if they're related," Andy replied, "all part of god's plan."

Ok so here's the single I was part of, all the way back in 2001, Have You Ever, I was in year 8 when that was released, so 12, lol showing my age now lol. Also I met Asking Alexandria on Monday down in London :) was awesome, Ben gives awesome hugs lol, anyway sleep time for me.
