Don't Be Scared I've Got You...

-Andy's POV-I drove through the night. My leg was shaking in fear of what could have happened.
I swear if anything happens to my Princess I will have their blood in my hands.
I parked the car in the car park just outside the apartment building.
I noticed that one of the doors of one of the apartments was open which must mean that it was Lilly's house.
I ran up the cold concrete steps.
I ran into the room. It was pitch black. However there was a light coming from the bathroom,
I saw Jessie sitting on the floor next to the bathroom doorway all wet In complete shock.
Her eyes were wide as doll eyes could be.
Her skin was white as a sheet as if she just saw a ghost.
Her eyes were worn like they have been crying for hours Apon hours and are black circles around them.
Her hands were shaking in fear.
However the rest of her body stayed completely still.
"Jessie are you ok?what happened baby are you hurt?" I said cupping my hands round her face making her look at me.
"I t...t..tried...to save her b...but I failed Andy I let everyone down" she cried
"Sh..shhh...what do you mean baby girl where is Lilly?" I soothed clapping her hair.
Her arm shakeingly lifted and pointed to the bathroom..
I swung the half open door open to see a brutal image.
-warning a little graphic-
In the bathroom there lay a half full bathtub with red stained water. With Lilly lying un peacefully on the bottom of the tub.
All over the wet tiled floor there was an empty bottle of sleeping pills.
And three blood covered razor blades.
Her face was filled with sadness. And a note saying I'm sorry.
I covered my mouth and ran out the bathroom.
I picked up Jessie bridal style and got her to the car. I put her in the front seat and watched one of the neighbours call the police.
"We are almost home baby I'll get you cleaned up" I said rubbing her thigh as I drove.
It was late at night now. I didn't realise how long it took to get here and how long I spent in that apartment.
I picked her up and took her to my bedroom.
I placed her on my bed.
And ran downstairs and got us some hot cocoa.
I ran back up the stairs to see Jessie standing in front of my long mirror.
I had then noticed that she wasn't covered in water..
She was covered in blood.
Her white school blouse was not white anymore.
It was a deep red colour.
She stood there beginning to tear up.
She turned to me as I placed down the mugs.
She began to collapse but I caught her.
And brought her into I tight hug.
She would normally cry silently but this time she let it all out and I do not blame her one bit.
"Why is everything so broken" she whimpered
"I know baby I know but I will promise you this... I will try to be the glue you hear me? We are meant to be together..
Stay with me Jess" I said wiping my tears with my thumb
"I need you Andy.. I love you more than I could ever scream"
She said smiling at me
"You are my world Jess my world would be broken if you weren't in my life" I said releasing a hug.
"Come on we need to shower" I said leading her to my bathroom.
"T...together?" She stuttered
"Well only if you want to" I said grinning.
"I don't see why not" she giggled as we both stepped into a hot steamy environment.
-Jessie's POV-
We both got out of the shower.
I looked in the mirror in the bathroom,
Looking at all the scars on my body.
Andy jumped out the shower like a super hero
(Andy being Andy)
I tried to cover up myself as much as I could to hide the scars.
Andy obviously notices and released my arms. Looking me up and down making me shiver.
"Never hide yourself from me baby" he said as his lips touched mine. But this wasn't one of those sweet kisses this was one of those deep kisses...
He tossed me a oversized batman shirt and I put on my panties I had on today and we lay in bed together.
We lay there silent for a while my cheek lay on his chest.
"Andy?"
"Yeah princess"
"Thankyou" I said
"Thankyou for what baby girl" he replied clapping my hair.
"For being there..for being my batman" I said
He kissed my forehead.
"I couldn't live with out you Jess, so thankyou too" he replied.
"I love you"
"I love you too" he replied.
After hearing those words I slowly closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep...
