Blood Thirsty

*Andy's POV*

I wiped my mouth as I walked out of the woods, towards the tour bus parked on the side of the road. That hunt had been boring due to the lack of good game. I tried to get the last drop of deer blood off of my mouth. Ugh, it tastes so gross, but I didn't want to ask one of my band members for some of their blood, even though they had offered. It's been harder to control my thirst lately, especially when I feed from Ash. His blood is just so addicting, like meth. I've been feeding off of Jinxx lately, but I didn't want to wear him out tonight, so I asked the bus driver to stop by a forest so I could hunt for a while. I stepped onto the bus, and was instantly greeted by Ashley's overwhelming sent. I walked into the living room area and plopped down onto the couch across from Jinxx and Jake, who were watching Harry Potter. "Have a good hunt?" Jinxx asked cheerfully, turning his attention to me. I sighed. "It was alright. I'm still hungry.... It's been getting harder and harder to satisfy my thirst with animal blood." He gave me a sympathetic smile as I walked over to the fridge, taking a water bottle out, attempting to get the disgusting taste of deer out of my mouth. "Where's Ash?" I asked after I had drained the bottle. This time Jake turned to me. "He's asleep in his bunk, why do you ask?" He asked suspiciously as he chuckled. I blushed softly. "No reason..." I whispered, looking at the movie playing on the screen. I heard Jinxx chuckle knowingly. He knew about my crush on Ashley, and promised not to tell anyone. I knew that Ash would never feel the same way. First of all, he's straight. Second, I'm not attractive in the slightest. And lastly, I'm a vampire. I'm not really boyfriend material for anyone. Jake said good night and headed to the bunk room. After he shut the door, Jinxx turned the TV off. "What's wrong Andy? You can't hide anything from me." I knew he was right. " My thirst is getting out of control, but I don't want to feed from Ashes because I'm afraid that I won't be able to stop... Just the smell of him makes me want to jump him...." I whispered softly. "Have you ever thought about telling him how you feel?" Jinxx asked, trying to help. "I-I can't do that.... I don't want to lose him as a friend... He won't feel the same way...." I choked, feeling the tears starting to build up in my eyes, threatening to spill over. Jinxx sighed. "I can't make you do anything, but you should tell him." I was done talking about this. I fluidly stood up and said goodnight before I walked swiftly to my bunk. I changed into a pair of batman pyjama pants, and crawled under my black blanket. Slipping into a restless sleep.
