Jane’s p.o.v
I woke up to the sound of cc’s dog barking. *sniff sniff* what’s that smell? It’s like something’s burning. Puzzled I start walking to the kitchen, before I reach the doorway, I stop. Shit.
Cc’s p.o.v
I woke with a start. I was being shaken violently. I look around and see a wide eyed Jane looking back at me. “What’s wrong? I ask, confused. It’s then that I notice a strong burning smell. Realising what’s happened I shoot up and am in the kitchen within a matter of seconds. The entire kitchen was full with smoke, billowing from the oven. I can’t believe i fell asleep. “Open the windows and door!” I shout at Jane. Who I think is already doing so. I grab a couple of wet tea towels from the washing machine. As I open the oven even more smoke pours out of it. Grabbing the now charred to within an inch of its life pizza I run to the door. I throw it out coughing and spluttering. I turn round with watering eyes, to see Jane stood in the door way with a look of concern on her face. “Well erm... that’s certainly ruined my appetite.” I say trying to lighten the mood. Thankfully, it works as Jane breaks out into a grin. “I know, thank god for Ajax (sorry i don’t know what his pug is called L). If it wasn’t for him we’d be charred human steaks!”This makes me chuckle as I’m walking up the path. “Right do you wanna watch a film, the whole film this time, or do you wanna go to bed?” I ask her.
Jane’s p.o.v
As cc asks me what I wanna do, I stifle a yawn. I’m pretty tired, but at the same time I don’t wanna go to bed cause if I do this night will end. Then all of a sudden this amazing idea pops into my head. “neither.” I say smirking, “how about truth or dare?”
Cc’s p.o.v
I’m shocked when she suggests truth or dare. It doesn’t take me all that long to warm to the idea however, after all this could be... interesting. “Ok then. But... whatever happens stays in this house and no backing out.” Smirking, she agrees to these rules. Well... then lets get on with it. Smirking, I lead her into the living room. Making sure I lock the door.
Jane’s p.o.v
After i heard him locking the door, he came into the living room wearing a smug smile. I sit down cross-legged on the floor. He joins me, sitting opposite from me. It’s only till I see him smile, somewhat mischievously, that I realise what I’ve gotten myself into. Shit. He starts the game by saying “Ok then let’s do this shit. My turn first...”
