An Angel A Demon (Re-upload)

Ashley's POV

"He's going to hurt you if we don't get out of here this second! What the fuck were you thinking Andy?!" I yelled turning to look at him before looking back to the road in front of us.

"Hey he's the one who threw the note, I wasn't the one who started it." Andy said with a smirk.

“That's fucking Ronnie Radke, he's the one person you don't want to mess with."

"Ashley stop yelling at me, geez what are you? My mother?" Andy said joking.

"Andy I got you the fuck out of there because I don't want you getting the shit beaten out of you on the first day. I did it because I care." I saw Andy's face light up but quickly was replaced with sorrow.

"Nobody's ever cared about me before." He looked like he was going to cry. As we hit a red light I leaned over and gave him a hug, not a bro hug, but a real hug. I let go after the car behind us honked at us.

We drove in a converting silence until we finally arrived to my house again.

"How about some games? Or we could swim in my pool outback." I offered, giving Andy a smile before turning off my car silencing the roar from the engine.

"I don't have a swim suit." Andy spoke softly looking down with a sad expression covering his features.

"You can borrow one of mine."

"No it's... I can't."

"The water won't hurt your cuts if you're wondering. Nobody can see in our yard, I won't make fun of you. I won't take pictures. My parents are out of town, I don't have siblings. Nobody will know."

Andy's POV

Ashley said calmly with a serene look. I wanted to cry, but I don't want to show him how broken I really am.

“Thank you Ashley.” I whispered before reaching over and giving him a hug.

*Time Lapse 10 Minutes*

I was in the bathroom looking at myself in the mirror, cuts spread everywhere on my thighs, some reaching down past the shorts Ashley let me wear. More red lines spread all across my wrists, some from yesterday. I disgusted myself. I hated my body, to fat, ugly, worthless.

No Wonder Nobody Likes You, You're To Ugly To Love. A Voice whispered, after a while you start to believe it. A sharp knock at the door snapped me back to reality.

“Y-Yeah?” I turned to the door.

“Can I come in?” It was Ashley.

He's going to make fun of you. The voice whispered again.

“I-I don't know…” I stuttered, I was scared. The door slowly opened making me back up against the counter. My heart started to race as Ashley made his way inside. He eyes widened in shock.

“Andy..”

“I know, I'm ugly, I deserve all of this.” I cried, tears threatening to spill.

“You're beautiful.” He spoke swiftly.

“No I'm not.” Ashley quickly stepped forward and grabbed my hands before leaning forward and kissing me. I was taken back before I realized what was going on. I kissed back.

“Yes you are, you deserve so much better than this.” He looked me in the eye, his chocolate brown eyes melting my soul. “Not let's go swimming, it's really warm outside. 85 last I checked.
