Love or Infatuation

Lunch.

Ugh! Now I remember why I hated it here. Let's just say my first two periods sucked. I'm just glad it's lunch now so I can go hangout with Kat and my bro. I buy a caf cookie and begin walking to the table Kat's at. Seeing I'm a bit stupid, I don't see the wet floor sign, and off I go.




But no, I didn't fall to the ground this time. Someone caught me, I turn around to see my hero, which is none other than Andy Biersack himself.

"Next time pay attention to your surroundings Samantha, I'm not always going to be here to catch your fall or help you get up afterwards." He whispers.

What the hell am I supposed to say to that? And I had no idea he even knew my name. Oh my god, just looking at his fucking perfection, it's like my throat is closing on me.

"Thank. Andy. You. Nice." What the fuck did I just say? I look like a babbling idiot. Oh kill me now!

"You okay Sam?" He asks with a chuckle. I simply give a nod and he brushes my shoulder as he passes by. I run over to Kat and tell her what just happened.

"Wow, he actually knew your name, looks like someone's taking an interest Sammy." She says with a smirk.

"What? No, him like me? No." I say.

"Who likes you?" Noah asks taking a seat across from Kat.

"No one." I say.

"Biersack." She says.

"No, he's like nineteen now, he's not going to want a little girl, he's gonna want a woman." I say.

"Say what you will my dear, and you might be right, but then again you could be just as wrong." She says.

"Whatever, what classes do you guys have next?" I ask.

"Drama and Chemistry." She says.

"English and History." Noah says.

"I'll see you guys after school." I say.

"We going to the skatepark tonight?" Kat asks.

"I can't believe you had to ask." I say and walk down the hall.

I go to my locker and grab a notebook for my next class. I walk down the hall and into the staircase and over hear half of a conversation.

"Why do you want me to go to the skatepark tonight?" Is that Andy?

"Well there's just three problems with that. One, I already have an eye on a girl. Two, I don't do drugs. And three, I don't want to go."

Please don't go, I don't want you to be there while I am. Sure I feel like I've fallen in love with you since I got to this school, but I'm gonna be a complete statue in front of you.

"Fine I'll go Jinxx, but you owe me." He says and stops talking.

I put my earbuds in to make him think I wasn't listening to his conversation, and I walk upstairs. My earbuds are pulled out of my ears and I look up to meet his gaze.

"Samantha, how old are you?" Andy asks.

"Imma sixteen." I manage to spit out.

"So you'll be seventeen soon?" He asks.

"Three weeks."

"Good, what's your next class?" I hand him my schedule. "Okay, I'll see you." He walks away.

God that was such a strange conversation. Why can't I be cute and flirt with him like any other girl? Of course, I'm that one girl who can barely look him in the eye and talks to him with a shaky voice.

The bell rings. Whatever, it's time for bio.
