Love is a Bitch

"Are you ready for school Catiline?" I asked my daughter as we stood outside her school. It was her first day of kindergarten. She looked at her feet nervously and I smiled. Andy and I have been married for six years. Catiline, is our first child. I am currently pregnant with her little brother. "Mommy, why isn't daddy here?"
I sighed and lowered myself so i was eye level with her. I had no fucking clue how I'd get back up after this, but of well. "I told you sweetie. Daddy had to go on tour. He wont be back for another month. But he misses you, and if he could he would be here now." I said. She looked up at me and gasped. A sequel escaped her mouth. I looked over my shoulder to see what she was looking at. My hands flew to my mouth. Andy stood only a few feet away from us.
A smile was on his face and he quickly ran up to us. He picked up Catiline and swung her around. "Hello pretty lady!" He cooed to her. She giggled and buried her face in his neck. Andy sat her down and grinned at her. "Are you ready to go in there and kick some ass?" He asked. Another parent looked over at us in shock due to Andy's langue. She grinned and nodded. He swatted her butt playfully then sent her marching into the class room.
He helped me stand up and I threw my arms around him. A few tears slide down my face. "ANDY!" I cried as he easily picked me up and spun me around. He sat me down and kissed me. He then crouched down to my stomach. "Hey little man." He cooed and kissed my stomachache. I felt my little man kick in response. I smiled as Andy looked up at me in wounder.
He had missed out completely on my pregnancy with Catiline, so it was the first time he'd felt one of his children while they were still in my stomach. "You're back early." I said as he stood back up and kissed my cheek. "I wanted to surprise you." He said. He wrapped an arm around me and led me out the building. I laid my head on his shoulder, the smell of leather filling my nose. "I love you." I said. He smiled. "I love you too Mrs. Biersack."
