Amelia's POV
"Do you want something to eat?" I just shake my head at Ashley's worried question. I have moved positions since we walked in here four days ago. All that I can think about is Andy. Andy in his clothes stained with blood from my friends. And with that sickening smile of his.

Ashley sighs and leaves my room. I should want to go after him. And hug and talk to him. But I don't. I don't feel anything. I'm just numb. I can't even feel my arms or my legs. They stopped hurting within hours of arriving.

I should feel sad. I should feel angry. I should feel safe. But I don't feel any of that. Just numbness. The door opens and a lady stands there. She's few years older than me. With light chocolate skin, dark brown curls, and a fierce aura around her.

"Ashley called me. I'm suppose to help you get better." She says, putting air quations around help. I nod. "Ah so your a mute? Well I'll take car of that in a jiffy." I shake my head. "Then use words god dammit cause I don't have all day." "I'm numb. I don't feel anything anymore. Just the numbness." My voice comes out hoarse and broken.

She winces. "Damn. Okay get your ass up out of bed and get in that damn shower. Cause you smell like shit." I smile slightly and slowly get up out of bed.

I get dressed in the black skinny jeans and baby blue tank top she picked out. "See? That is so much better." I nod and she drags me out of my room. I wince at the bright light coming from the Windows. "That's called the sun. It helps you see in the day."

Ashley smiles when he sees me. "Amelia. Thank you so much Ace." She nods. "Yeah. Now you two go out on this magical thing called…a date. And then have fun. And the leave me alone." She dissapears into the fog the had risen up from the ground.

"Ugh. Witches. They think they're all that." I laugh and help try and clear out the smoke. "Do you want to go out today?" I nod and he grabs my hand. "Let's go to Six Flags." I laugh and we get in the car.
