Thirst For Blood

*Dillon's POV*

It's finally Saturday and not even Meghan knows what I did. She knows about my bad depression but she doesn't exactly know what I do when it happens. It's 7:20 in the morning and I didn't get any sleep. Oh well. I get up out of bed to make myself some coffee.

I'm on the couch watching Regular Show when I hear a knock at my door. I get up groaning and open the door. It's Meghan.

"Hey peanut butter!" I say giving her a tight little squeeze.

"Hey jelly!" She says hugging back. I close the door and we both walk to the couch.

"So, what's up?" I say. I'm stupid! I know what's up! The concert is today!

"We're gonna get ready and head down to Wisconsin in about an hour. I thought it'd be fun to get ready together!" She says putting a small bag on her lap.

"That sounds great!" I say taking a sip of my coffee. We stand up and I suddenly let out a scream in pain. I can't breathe. I fall to the floor holding my throat trying to get every breath I can take. Oh no, I forgot to take my tablets for almost a day.

"Oh my god Dillon! What's wrong?" She says getting on the floor shaking me.

"B-blood t-tablets...." I barely mutter out. She runs to the kitchen and fills a cup of water and has my box of tablets in her hand.

"Here take them." She says giving me my water and tablets. I grab the tablets and drop them in the water not really letting them dissolve before I drink it.

"Ugh." I barely let out. They quickly dissolve and I chug the blood colored drink till there's nothing left.

"Why in the hell haven't you taken your pills yet?!" She says yelling at me.

"It's a long story Meg...." I say still breathing heavy. "I'll tell you on the ride to the venue okay?" I say getting my coffee.

"Okay Dill Pickle." She says while we walk up the stairs to my room.

We're already dressed in our clothes and are currently doing our hair and makeup.

We head out to Wisconsin. Driving from Detroit, Michigan to Green Bay, Wisconsin isn't that much but still. Luckily Meghan is drving so I can sleep if I want to! But I won't just leave my jelly like that.

We start blasting If I'm James Dean Then Your Audry Hepburn by Sleeping With Sirens in the car. Our singing is awful....

It's been 30 minutes and we've been all over the place with our music. We're now listening to Nothing Like Us by Justin Bieber. Yes, I know he sucks. But I only like this ONE song. It's so cute. It makes me cry almost every time. I still haven't told her what happened with my depression. I really hope she forgot.

We make it to the venue and there are so many people. Not one other vampire except me and Meghan at the moment. Vampire's can sense other vampire's in the same area as them. We give the person whatever our tickets and we go and find a spot on the floor. I suddenly get a chill down my spine.

"Hey Meghan, d-do you sense that?" I say my voice a little shaky.

"Yea, I-I do..." She says looking around.

We sense a Pureblood vampire.
