Andy's P/O/V

"Andy?" I looked up and showed my sister a weak smile, I set down the picture I was looking at " hey how was shopping?" I ask trying to keep my emotions in line "it was good, are you ok?" she asks I nod "yea don't worry kiddo, you look really pretty Axe" I said ruffing her hair "thanks" she smiled I stood up and head for the door "I'll be out late tonight I'm going out with the guys" I say "alright I'll see you later" she waved and I grab my wallet and phone I see CC parked in the driveway and walk out climbing into his truck "hey Andy" I said nothing as I buckled my seatbelt and leaned my head back "penny for your thoughts?" he asked as we pulled out of the driveway "it's my sister" I felt myself say before I could stop it "what about her?" CC continued "well the neighboring kingdom to my family found out about her and is now sending threats unless my parents give permission for her hand in marriage to their son so I have to keep her on the low" I found myself just pouring everything out to CC and I just couldn't stop talking, when I finally finished my rant I set my head on the dashboard “dude that’s fucked up” CC said as we approached a stoplight he placed his hand on my shoulder “I will help you in any way I can, your sister is a pretty badass chick and she is like a little sister to all of us I would protect her with my life, I know what it’s like to be the older sibling” I smiled a little “yea she is pretty awesome…this is the first time I have ever heard you be serious over anything” CC rolled his eyes the light changed to green. when we got to Ashley’s house I got an idea “hey CC lets go to the bar” he shrugged “sure let’s grab Ash and call a taxi” I went and knocked on Ashley’s door a few seconds later the door swung open “hey Andy, where’s CC?” I pointed over to his car “he’s calling a taxi I need a drink so we are going to the bar” Ashley got a big grin on his face “I’ll be right out” he closed the door I walked back over to CC “I called the taxi company and they are coming let me call Lane and let him know my plans” I nod “I should call Juliet to” he dials the number and I walk away to call Juliet. as the phone rang it took a while for her to pick up “hello?” she asked in a quiet voice “hey babe, did I wake you?” I heard shuffling from the other end “yea but it’s ok it was just a nap Lane is gonna crash here with Axelle and Jalex tonight so they can make their song perfect” I felt myself smile “how is their song coming along?” I ask “it’s amazing you’d really like it, and remember the studio called you guys have a session on saturday” I felt myself nod even though I knew she couldn’t see “alright, Juliet CC Ash and I are going to the bar tonight I don’t want you to worry we already called a taxi to pick us up and take us home” I heard her sigh “alright remember if you need me call me I’ll keep my phone close by” I smiled “alright babe I love you dragonfly” she laughed quietly “I love you to white rabbit” she hung up and I slipped my phone in my pocket CC walked over to me “so Lane’s staying at your house tonight” he said “yea Juliet told me” he shook his head “do you think they will ever let us hang around during one of their practices?” he asked I gave a shrug “knowing my sister there is no telling, she said it’s intimidating to have a famous band around when they are just starting” he nods "well imagine if say Kiss or Motley Crue or any music influence we had watched us at the beginning it would be really freaking intimidating" CC says “I see what they mean” I said "and the fact that you are her brother would only make it more intimidating" Ashley said as he locked his door and clipped his keys to his belt “alright I’m ready to go” so we stood out on the curb and waited for the taxi. we pulled up to the bar and head inside Ashley went and ordered us all a beer CC grabbed the darts from the board and handed me three "here use these" I took the darts and threw all three each one hitting close to the center "damn" CC mumbled Ashley walked back over to us handing each of us a bottle, we sat down at a booth and watched the game on the big screen, a few beers and a long story later Ashley knew why I was internally pissed I couldn't help but worry for my sister the entire time I was here "listen Andy I know this is stressful but like you said they don't know much about her or where she is just try and relax and if you think something weird is going on we can figure it out then but right now be the supportive older brother not the prince worrying about the safety of the princess" Ashley said setting down the empty bottle "you're right Ash" I was probably just over stressing this entire situation. the night was coming close to an end so CC called us a taxi back to Ashley's place so we waited on the curb until the yellow car pulled up the three of us crawled in and we took off.
