Let Love Bleed Red

I sit on my bed and run my hand through my hair and replay what just happened in my head. My brother just kissed me! I've never loved Andrew, like that, at least I don't think I have.

Andrew just fucking kissed me!

He turns the door knob and opens the door, coming in and shutting it behind him. He walks over and stops in front of the bed. "Alyssa...I'm really sorry....I didn't mean to kiss you....I just..." "It's okay Andrew, it was an accident." I sigh, glancing up at his surprised expression. "You didn't mean to, I forgive you." We sit awkwardly for a few seconds before he breaks the silence. "Well, goodnight Alyssa." He says nothing else before leaving my room and shutting the door.

I toss and turn, I can't sleep. I can't stop thinking about what happened. Was it really an accident? Did he mean to kiss me? No! He's your brother! He'd never do that! Would he? I stare into the darkness, replaying the same moment in my head over and over again. I was kissed by my fucking brother! Maybe I'm just overreacting, it's no big deal right? I mean, it's not like we had sex or anything, it was just one small kiss right? Wrong! I sigh and close my eyes, letting sleep slowly take me.

I dream about him, about his bright, vibrant eyes. He smiles, making my heart beat faster. He leans down, his lips inches from mine. "I love you." He whispers, sending chills down my spine. He presses his lips to mine. It feels so good, but at the same time feels so wrong. He deepens the kiss, pushing me back onto the bed. He grabs the bottom of my shirt, pulling it up slowly. "No, Andrew..." I push his hands away and sit up."This is wrong...."

I open my eyes and sit up, looking around. I was just dreaming, but it felt so real. A steady stream of light flows through the window. I stretch my arms and yawn loudly. I stand up and leave my room, walking down the steps quietly. I stop in the living room and turn off the TV. Andrew is laying on the couch, snoring softly. His shirt is off, showing all of his tattoos. He moans and scratches his head before continuing to snore.

He looks so cute when he sleeps...No! you can't think that way, he's your brother!

I shake my head and stalk into the kitchen, turning on the coffee maker. I can't get that dream out of my head. It's stuck in the back of my mind, right behind my eyelids.

Was that dream supposed to mean something? Is that dream saying I have unknown feelings for Andrew? No, it was just a dream.

I take a deep breath, the strong smell of the brew filling my nostrils. I pour me a cup, putting sugar and creamer with it, stirring it afterwords. I sit down at the table, blowing on the hot liquid before taking a big gulp. I hear footsteps and look up, Andrew comes in scratching his stomach. A little trail of hair is coming from his waistband, stopping at his belly button. I tear my eyes away and look at the floor.

"That's not good for you." He says, his morning voice is so deep......and sexy.....No! It's not! I look up at him confused. "What?" I ask. "Drinking all of that sugar. it's not good for you." "Says the one who smokes." I grunt. He chuckles and sits in the seat across from me. "That's different." He mumbles. An awkward silence falls over us. I bite my lip, keeping my gaze towards the table. "Are you doing anything today?" He finally asks after many minutes of silence. I nod, turning the coffee cup in my hands. "I'm going to the mall with Zack."



"So he just kissed you, out of nowhere?" Zack asks after I'm finished telling him what happened last night. I nod and bite my lip. "What did he say afterwords?" "He said that he was sorry, and he didn't mean to." "And what did you say?" "I told him that it was okay. I know he didn't mean to." I shrug my shoulders. "Thing is..." I sigh and look away. "I kind of want it to be, that he did it on purpose, that it wasn't an accident." Zack looks at me like I'm crazy. "Do you know how crazy you sound?" He asks and I nod.

He puts down his bags and sighs. "Alyssa, he's your brother!" I sigh and look at the floor. "I know Zack! I just can't help it!" "Have you ever felt this way about him?" He asks. I shake my head. "No, and that's the crazy thing. I mean, of course I've always thought he was handsome, but nothing like this." I chew the inside of my cheek. "And the dream I had isn't helping it." "What dream? He asks. "I just had a dream that Andy started kissing me." I shrug my shoulders and blush at the thought of it. "Anything else happen in the dream?" I shake my head. "Before it got too far I told him that it was wrong."

"Can you please promise not to tell anyone? Please?" "Of course not, I'm just a little surprised, that's all." "Me too." I mumble.


"Okay. I'll see you at school. Bye." I slam his car door shut and watch him drive off. My parent's car isn't in the driveway...they still aren't back! I open the door with my free hand and step in, closing it behind me. "Mom? Dad?" I walk into the living room to see Andrew sitting on the couch. I freeze and blush uncontrollably. He's in only a pair of black skinny jeans, his raven hair dripping wet with a towel around his neck. "Oh, Andrew...I thought you'd be gone..." "Mom called me and asked if I could watch over you again, their car broke down and no one can come and check it out until tomorrow. "Oh, okay." I put all the bags down on the chair and pick up the medium sized Hot Topic bag. I reach in and get the Batman pin I got Andrew.

I walk over and hold my fist out. He raises his eyebrow and puts his hand out. I drop the pin into his hand. "I picked that up for you today, since you love Batman." He smiles brightly and rubs his finger over the pin. "Thank you Alyssa." I nod and sit down beside him, turning on the TV. "What do you want for dinner?" He asks. I shrug my shoulders, keeping my eyes on the television. "I don't know. It's whatever you want. I'm not really hungry." I shrug my shoulders. He sighs and runs his hand through his wet hair, making water splash onto my arm. "Why are you avoiding me?" He asks.

I look over at him, "I'm not..." I say. "Alyssa, I told you I'm sorry. I know I crossed the line. I swear, I just thought that maybe..." He trails off. "Maybe what?" I ask. He shakes his head and stands up. "Nothing..." He starts to walk away. "Andy wait..." I jump up, he stops and turns around. "Andy..." My heart beats faster and I take a deep breath. "I think I have feelings for you." He stops, his eyes widening.

Oh my God, this was a mistake....I should have kept my big mouth shut!

I blush and look at the floor, his stare piercing straight through me. "Are you serious?" He asks, a hint of a smile on his lips. I swallow and slowly nod. He walks over and lifts my chin up, looking into my eyes. He bites his lip and runs his tongue over his lip ring. I melt into his touch from the sight of it.

No...This is wrong...you shouldn't feel this way about your brother!

He smiles and leans down slowly, touching his lips to mine. Instead of pulling away, I kiss back. He runs his tongue over my bottom lip, seeking entrance. I'm hesitant but finally let him in. His tongue explores my mouth, making me shudder in pleasure. He rests his hands on my hips, pulling our bodies together.

No! This is wrong, do something!

I pull away and a look of hurt comes across his face. "Andrew, this is wrong..."

So, I'm finally on spring break so I'll be updating a few times this week. ^_^
So, will Alyssa keep resisting, or will she finally give in? And what about Zack, what does he think about all of this?
