Don't Mess With Ouija Boards

[Everly's POV]

"We're leaving in an hour Ev!" Andy shouted from down the hall.

"I'll be ready! Quit rushing me!" I yell back re-opening my diary.

I can't believe how amazing my life has been up till now. My amazing older brother rescued me from the life of boredom back home shortly after I graduated. I didn't care that I was Andy's baby sister, or "just a merch chick", I knew I'd make my way up in ranks eventually. I was now CC's drum tech and occasional backup on vocals, and not just because my last name was Biersack. I am a certified Bad Ass! Jon gave me a framed certificate that says so. I have to be, I'm related to one, just got married to another, and live with all of them!

My life is crazy, but I wouldn't change a thing! The newest Black Veil Brides album is about to drop and tour starts in a few weeks. We're heading out to dinner soon to celebrate it, and my six month anniversary with Jinxx.

Let the whirlwind begin!

I closed my diary and out it away.

"Babe, you need to hurry up. We're leaving in forty five." Jinxx came in our room in a hurry.

"Seriously, you and Andrew need to calm your tits. I got this under control. Are you forgetting
I usually have to wait for you five to get ready before I can?" I say as I apply my dark red lipstick.

"I know, I just don't want to be late!"

"Then go make Ash and CC hustle. They're the slowpokes."

He walks out of our room to make CC and Ash move a bit faster. I finished my makeup as Andy bursts in.

"Everly, I need your help with my hair. Can you please fix it?"

I looked at his rat's nest and motioned over.

"Have a seat bub, the straightener is still hot from Jinxx using it."

"Thanks, I owe you one!"

"I'll keep that in mind." I replied with a grin.

It took a bit to get Andy's hair as straight as he liked it.

"You're good to go. Now vamoose so I can take these hot rollers out and get dressed."
I may be the youngest, but I may as well be the band mom/wife. I was just slipping on my shoes when I heard CC yelling.

"HAS ANYONE SEEN MY BLACK DRESS PANTS?"

"For the love of all that it holy Christian, they're in the garment bag in your closet with the rest of your pants!" I shout back.

"Not those ones! The other black ones! The kind of shiny ones!"

"Try the laundry room! I just got the dry cleaning yesterday!"

"I still can't find them."

I walk into his room, into the closet, and immediately pull out the pants in question.

"I found them in your closet, they're on your bed. You have less than five minutes to be at the car!"

What would they do with out me? I walk downstairs and sit in the living room to wait for the others. One by one they come in. Ash was last of course.

"ASHLEY, HURRY YOUR SKINNY ASS UP OR WE'RE LEAVING YOU!" Andy yelled in a booming voice making me jump.

Jinxx and Jake started laughing at me for it. I stuck my tongue out and crossed my arms.

"Alright kiddies, lets get going." Ash said as he waltzed into the room.

We all piled into the limo we rented for the night and headed to the restaurant. With the
typical LA traffic, it took forever to get there. It was worth it though. This place has the most amazing authentic Italian food outside of Italy.

My mouth watered as I read over the menu and thought about what I wanted. Luckily our waiter remembered us and our orders from the last hundred times we've been in. We laughed as we ate and planned out ideas for the tour. CC and I had already planned out some pranks weeks ago. It was going to be amazing!

As we were finishing dessert, Jinxx's phone rang. He pulled it out an gave it a puzzled look.

"Guys, quiet down, it's Jon."

He unlocked the phone and put it on speaker.

"Hey Jon!" We all shouted.

"Jinxx, take me off speaker." I gave him a worried glance and took his hand in mine.

This can't be good. I couldn't hear, but watched my husband's face intently. I never saw his face so void of emotion before.

"Thank you Jon. We'll call you tomorrow." He said and hung up.

"Babe, what is it? What's wrong?" I asked immediately.

"My brother Travis and his wife Emily were on a chartered flight back home from a business trip in Washington. Something went wrong and the plane went down. There were no survivors... Their daughter, my god daughter, Raven was at a friend's house for the weekend. She doesn't know yet."

"When do we leave out?" I asked.

"Jon has us booked on a flight out first thing in the morning. We'll be bringing Raven back with us."

"Of course! I wouldn't have it any other way. You'll need each other."

"I've been in her shoes before. I'm here if she needs me." Ash quietly added.

Andy had already paid the bill, so we got up and headed back home. The ride back was filled with a heavy silence. I held onto Jinxx and Ashley's hands the entire way back. I could see the pain in Ash's eyes, thinking about how he lost his parents. Jinxx was still in shock. He and Travis we just like Andy and me. I wouldn't know how to function without him. I'd be lost.

When we got home, everyone half heartedly whispered their goodnights and hugged onto one another. I clung to Andy so tight.

"I wouldn't know what to do without you Drewcifer... I love you." I said as hot tears started to fall.

"Ever, don't think about it. I love you too. Now go be there for your husband." He hugged me again and I walked to Jinxx.

I wrapped my arms around his waist and laid my head on his chest. His arms were around my shoulders and waist pulling me in so tight. Not a word was said. We just stood there holding on, letting the river of tears run until it ran dry. He finally let go.

"Let's go up to bed. We've got a long day ahead of us tomorrow." He said before kissing my head.

He went and took a hot shower and I got us packed up. He was out of the shower in no time, so I could catch one too. I heard him getting a few more things together and putting them with our bag. I grabbed our travel toiletries and threw them in with the rest of the stuff. As soon as his head hit the pillow, Jinxx was out. I crawled in to bed next to him and curled into his side. I hope I can be there for her and Jinxx. At least I know Andy and the guys are going to be getting my old room ready for Raven while we were gone, so I don't have to think about that.

It's going to be hard on us all, but I know we'll figure it all out.
