From The Begining

Andy's Point Of View:

"Andrew you're turn what did you bring to show and tell?" Miss Bird chirps. Unfortunately i forgot to bring in my batman action figure and i tell Miss Bird "I forgot mine but i could tell you about my weekend" I smile at the memories of last weekend and wait for Miss Bird's reply.

"Of course, that would be lovely" She smiles and everyone's eyes are on me, so i stand and proceed to explain about my weekend. "Well on Saturday Amelia slept round my house and we watched Batman together which was fun because Batman is my favorite movie and Amelia likes it too. On Sunday my mummy took us to get ice cream i had mint and Amelia had Vanilla. It was great and then we dropped Amelia off home and i said "goodbye". It was the best weekend ever!" I throw my hands in the air and quickly drop them back to my side.

"That sounds wonderful Andrew, Amelia you're turn" I turn my head to see Amelia who is smiling widely and pulls a brown haired doll from her bag.

"This is Ellie and she is my second best friend, Andrew being my first. She goes everywhere with me and she keeps me happy when Andrew is not around. I got her for my 5th birthday from Andrew and his parents, Chris and Amy." She hugs Ellie tightly and puts her back in her bag.

"What a beautiful doll but i'm afraid show and tell is over and it is time for break." Miss Bird stands up and opens the classroom door and leads us out onto the playground.I start to look around for Amelia but i can't see her.

"Andrew over here!" Amelia's voice breaks through the crowd and i spot her standing next to the big Oak tree on the field. My slow pace becomes a run as i approach her. "Andrew!" she giggles as i fall over her.

"sorry" I giggle.

"It's okay" She grabs my hand "mummy said you can come over next weekend if you want." She squeaks.

"Yay!" I giggle.

"I will take that as a yes then." She smiles.
