If Only She Knew.....

“Let me in Dillon!” I flinch at the sound of Andrew practically screamed through my window. I shake my head. No fucking way will I face him again.
“Fuck off, you have hurt me enough!” I look at him in terror. His face softens when I say this.
“We were best friends until you left” He says pouting, i’m not buying it.
“Who puts a test on someone, and I didn’t just leave because you tried to put a test on me. I was over my family and over myself. I needed a new start, even if it was without you” I say looking him up and down.
He just shook his head like he was thinking I was lying.
“Don’t bullshit me Dillon I know you to well”
“Its been 2 years Andy, You don’t know me, I may have left your world but you never left mine. I watched you live while I was dying inside, You get with Juliet in 2 weeks Andy, 2 weeks! I haven’t dated anyone since I left”
He lowers his head in shame, as he should.
“I dated her on and off Dillon and-”
“And you liked me? what the fuck would that do, we were 15 when we met Andy, you had 3 years to make your move and what do you do? Go and date Juliet, to what make me jealous?”
“You were missing for 2 years in my eyes, I was scared for you. Get out of this car Dillon, you always ran away from the people that cared about you, why the fuck is that Dillon? huh?”

“Good bye Andrew” I look over at Jinxx and sit up. I turn the car on and reverse before speeding to the coffee shop.
“Dillon, I’m sorry, I never knew he would-”
“You need to go, like now, I can’t have any contact with you or Andy for a long time” I say with a bit of a shake in my voice.
“Dillon, he will stop i’ll make him stop” He says putting his hand on my shoulder which grab.
“I’m not a game he can play, it took all I had to leave him and if I face him again i’m scared I will let him in my life again, i’m done..... Its gonna take a while to get me to be okay again which means I can’t see anyone who reminds me of him” I nod towards him.
“So thats it? you are going to disappear again?” I nod my head. “Is there anything that will change your mind, anything to make you talk it out with Andy? You have got to stop running away from your problems Dillon, they will follow you”
Thats when I realized, he is right, I can’t run away from this forever, and its come back to haunt me who says it wont happen again, You have to face your fears and face Andy.
“Call Andy and put it on speaker....” I say through my teeth. I can’t believe I am doing this.
Jinxx grabs his phone and quickly dials up the number after 2 rings Andrew answers.
“Hello?”
“Listen here closely Biersack, this is your one shot and one shot only, We can talk about this ONLY under my conditions” I say in a strict tone.
“Ok... what are these conditions?”
“ 1.I pick who I want to come with me 2. you are not allowed to bring your crazy girl-fiancé or I will stomp the living crap out of that hoe” Jinxx starts to chuckle quietly.
“Can I add a condition?” Andy asks with a bit of a feared tone in his voice. Good.
“What are they?” I say raising my right eyebrow.
“ 1.You do not knock me out and run away. 2. You will not back out of this meeting.
3. I can bring who I want except Juliet as you have requested” Fair, fair.
“I accept, meet me at the coffee shop tomorrow at 12 pm, don’t be late” I say with a stern voice. God I love being in charge.
“I wont” I hang up the phone and make a big exhale of air. Oh my god did I just do that?
I think I did.
“Good Job” said Jinxx with a smile. “And thank you, he has changed, for the better”
“Yeah but we have a lot of work to do” I say.
