Free Bird

I wake up in my dorm room, confused. I sit up and my head rushes.
"Neveah?"
I turn to see Ashley and Shay sitting at the foot of the bed.
"What happened?" I ask
"Well uh," Shay starts, "Your mom kinda pissed you off, you broke her nose and kicked her in the stomach. Then you pulled me outside and when I tried to calm you down you blacked out. I called Ashley and had Shawn from my English class help me bring you back here."
"Neva sweetie, everything your mom said to you was bullshit. You know it, so why did you let it get to you so much?"
"Because Ashley! She has the balls to talk to me like that after everything she has put me through. She's lucky I blacked out, I was ready to kill her. She acted like Chantel was an accident from a one night stand. I can't go back to class."
"You don't have too, but you can't attack her every time she makes you mad. Neveah you're just becoming the bully."
I sigh and stand up. I grab a water from the mini-fridge and pace the room trying to calm down. About five minutes later I breath a huge sigh and plop on the bed.
"Better?"
"Not really."

It has been a week since I attacked her and her face is still fucked up as I sit in a chair in art class. Good, teach her to talk to me like that.
