Free Bird

When we get to the venue Ashley takes me to the bus so that we can put my stuff away and be alone, if only for a few minutes.
"I missed you" He tells me as he puts my bag on the bunk we will be sharing for a week.
"I missed you too." I tell him as a smile creeps on my face.
"Come her sweet heart" He says as he puts an arm around my waist and pulls me towards him.
We are so close that I have to tilt my head back to see those gorgeous brown eyes. When his eyes lock with mine, my smile grows, as does his. He leans down and kisses me. It never changes. Time evaporates as our lips move together in a slow dance that gradually picks up it's pace until it's a hot sexy tango with our tongues. I get lost in his taste, the feel of his hands on the small of my back and his soft silky hair in my hands. I never want this kiss to end, and I think he's feeling the same way. But then the bus door bursts open and we pull away as if the flung open door was an explosion. Then the culprit screams...
"NEVEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I flinch at the sudden loudness and turn just in time to be crushed in CCs arms in a bear hug. There is nothing I can do as my hands and arms are crushed to my sides so I just stand there awkwardly with an expression that I'm sure said 'Is this over with yet?" When he releases me I see Jinxx and Jake are waiting NICELY to hug me. I give them hugs and exchange small talk.


Later that night...
"Cologne!" Andy screams into the mic, "How the fuck are you tonight?"
The entire crowd of I don't know how many people screams back at him in response. I'm assuming that's a good thing.
"It is so great to be here and you guys are fucking amazing. Now I'm going to shut up and we're going to play another song. That sound good?" more screams. "This one is called... All. Your. Hate."
I stand side stage with Juliet and watch my man and best friends do what they love to do. They kill it and before you know it there are only two songs left.
"So we decided that since we have special guests in the house tonight we'd slow things down a bit. Just a bit, and we are going to do a song, that isn't ours. Baby?" Andy says and the crowd screams as they realize Juliet is about to take the stage, shes puzzled, but she walks out, "We have been rehearsing a certain song for weeks and I would love to sing it with you. What do you think guys, do you want to hear Not Broken Yet?"
Before I know it Andy and Juliet are singing her song together and the guys know every note. They weren't kidding when they said they've been practicing. Once the song is over, Ashley speaks!
"Hey Army!" people scream. "I know I don't usually talk," the crowd laughs and screams. "but I am kind of the reason we have been practicing that song. I begged Andy to let us do it, for the reason of me wanting to introduce the girl that has changed my life. My little piece of heaven... Neveah?" He holds out his hand and I walk onto the stage.
I am met with screams and Juliet and I get to rock out on the stage with the guys for the final song.
"In the end as you fade into the night, who will tell the story of your life. Who will remember your last good bye, cuz it's the end and I'm not afraid, I'm not afraid to die!" I sing into a spare mic with Juliet.
As the final few notes play out... "Goodnight Cologne!" Andy yells.
He walks over to Juliet, and Ashley to me and as the final notes fade, and Jake, Jinxx, and Ashley throw their picks, Andy wipes his head with a towel and tosses it as well. Then as we walk off stage, Ashley's hand in mine, CC whips his drum sticks into the crowd and we head to the dressing room.
