Rose's POV:

I can just see the sun peeking over the clouds as I stumble home from dance practice. I stayed there longer than neccessary, mostly because I couldn't bare to stay home. Well, I have Sam, but her new boyfriend just makes me miss my exboyfriend.

Im exhausted. Both mentally and physically. I've been overexerting myself way more than usual, which while has successfully improved and pushed me further in my dancing, I've been ruining my body. Plus it's been rather damaging to the mind, the constant balence between dance and my life outside of it, which basically is just sleeping.

Im used to it though. There's a common saying amongst the dancer world which I hold dear to my heart and I also strongly believe in, "to dance you must be numb to make something which others think is beautiful."

But nothing compares to the pain in my heart. The one inflicted by my parents, the people who are supposed to push me to succeed, the ones who should make me want to live. Instead, I have never wanted to end my life more than I have right now. And I am strongly considering doing so.

When i enter the quiet apartment, quiet voices can be heard muttering random nonsense. I frown, wanting only to go to sleep, and step into the light, my mouth falling open at the sight.

"Ashley?"

He smiles sadly, "hey Rosie, I kinda need your help with something."
