Battling Bands

~Jess's POV~

When I finally recovered from some of the morphine in my system, they let me hold my babies. Andy and I decided we would keep them. Well, maybe I kinda demanded that we keep them otherwise I would die, but hey decided sounds better.

"What are their names?" The rest of our entourage asked. I had a c-section, so they wouldn't let anybody in, even though I asked for Andy. However, he was the first person to actually hold our children, two beautiful baby girls. We had decided on keeping the genders a secret and painted the room sea foam green and an off white cream color.

"Well we decided that that one," I pointed to the one in Mattie's arms momentarily," is Willow, and this one is Kezi." I announced. Andy picked the name Willow, and I picked the name Kezi.

"Well, Kezi has her dad's eyes, and Willow has your eye." Willow was born with different colored eyes. One was brown like mine and the other was green.

"But we will love them the same now won't we?" I said rocking
my baby as she fell fast asleep. Yeah, they were my little angels, beautiful babies, all perfect and pretty, and nothing was going to hurt them.

"Do you mind, if we take them on concerts?" Jake joked but I was just so drugged up I couldn't tell.

"No! No taking my babies on tour till they are 16!" I demanded. They weren't going to be spending a night on that bus with Ashley and CC. No way was that happening. Not in a million years.

Sorry for the shorter chapter, but it's definitely a sweet one isn't it? Who's excited for Kezi and Willow to join the family? I know I am.
