Jade

May and I arrived at our new house fairly early in the afternoon. The movers had already brought the bulk of our stuff over and put the boxes inside. Joy! It's going to be a busy week. I hate unpaking. It's so stupid. May seemed really excited so I just kept to myself I didn't want to bring her down because I have to be so dull. When I walked in the house May was already searching the place and moving the boxes from the living/dining space upstairs to where the bedrooms are. I went up the stairs to find her. "Hey, Jade. I took the mid-size room. I know you love having you're own private bathroom. So, you can have the master's. I alrady moved some of your stuff in their. Ooo and guess what?" she said with out waiting for me to answer she continued, "We have a joint walk in closet. It's huge! Check it out." I smiled at her and walked into the masters looking around. It was huge. Twice the size of my bedroom in my old apartment. There are huge picture windows that look out on the front yard into the street. I walked away from the windows and into the walk in like I had originally been advised to do.

this closet is amazing. I could already picture my clothes hanging in here along with my best friends of course. May came running into the closet then. "Hey my room has it's own bathroom too. This house is awesome. I'm glad we bought it." she told me. I smiled and hugged her. "You always have the best ideas. Love you, May." I held her tight for a second longer before releasing her.

Ashley

I walked away from the window and grabbed the empty beer bottles on the coffee table in the living room as I made my way out. I went into my state of the art kitchen and placed the glass bottles in the sink. Andy was walking down the stairs when I turned around. "Hey." I called striding toward him. He looked up at me. "I'm gonna go meet the neighbors. Wanna come with me?" I asked. I knew the answer would most likely be a no considering he had some nasty sex hair and he would never be caught dead leaving a house without looking like the Rock star he is.

"Nah, man. I'm staying in today. Have fun though." he said encouragingly. He was trying to get rid of me. I just rolled my eyes and left the house. At least I wouldn't have to hear them go at it all day. Maybe I'd make some friends. Walking over to the house I saw one girl standing at a window but she quickly turned away and I couldn't get a good look at her. Something felt familiar about her though.

The house has a nice stone exterior the colors are a teal stone and tan roofing. The porch is white with pillars. It's a beautiful home. I walked up to the door and knocked three times taking a step back so I wasn't in the girl's face when she answered the door.

A bouncy very happy girl dressed in all black answered the door. I smiled and choked back a laugh. "Hi, my name's May. you're Ashley Purdy. Come in." she said trying to hold back her obvious excitement. "Yes, you can call me Ash if you'd like. I live down the block I was just coming by to introduce myself." I explained to the girl. "No need. We know who you are. I'm a huge fan. I'll get Jayden." she told me half way up the stairs.

Jade

May came running into my room as I was making my bed. We had brought all of the pieces up and put it together so I was just finishing up. "What?" i asked. she obviously had something to say. She just gave me this come on look so I followed her downstairs. I was surprised to see Ashley in my living room. "Um, hi." I said walking over to him.

"Jade? hey! How are you? I didn't know you moved."
"yeah sorry I didn't say anything. Hey if you and the guys aren't busy we could use some help around here. Girlfriends are welcome to come too. We have to unpack and paint the basement and everything."
"Yeah I'll let them know. On one condition though. You're friend needs to go on a date with me."

I looked at May who was about to explode. "Um, Yes!" she said trying not to scream. Oh god!
"Cool, I'll bring the guys by and once you're settled in here, we are going on that date. I'll see you later." he said winking at May. Once the door shut behind him she screamed. "Oh mi god. Ashley purdy just asked me out. holy shit, Jade!" I laughed.
