The Rock Star Dream

I kept quiet the entire way to wherever we were going. I paid attention to the streets we turned on and the directions(N,S,E,W). That way when it comes time to head into the city I wont get lost. Chance kept asking questions to both of us but I was still trying to make sense of his kiss. The last time I saw him we hooked up but never kissed once it was strictly business. We both had tried Molly which makes you VERY horny and May was passed out on the couch. So we fucked but I've never had feelings for him and as far as I know he's never had feelings for me. I was sure of it until he kissed me.

Now I'm questioning everything. His lips on mine. I closed my eyes and felt it again. It was the best kiss I've ever had. Just a cute sweet peck on the lips. No guy has ever just kissed me. Chance had my stomach fluttering and I didn't like it. It was going to cause problems for the shoot I know it.

"Jade?" I looked up into the rearview and saw Chances concerned eyes staring back at me. "I called your name three times." he said. "Oh sorry. I'm a little out of it." I explained. He smiled at me and went back to the road. I started to try to pay attention to him. If I was going to figure out if I liked him I would need to stop shutting down and actually feel.

We arrived at "the strip" and parked two blocks away. we started walking and I was stunned by the beauty of the store front right along the beach. People were skating roller blading, just enjoying themselves. Who wouldn't on such a beautiful day? We walked down the strip and when I came back to reality I noticed Chance was holding my hand. May noticed at the same time and started cooing. "I told you we would be sister-in-laws one day." I just laughed and shook his hand off of mine blushing fiercely.

Chance brought us to a food truck when it pulled up. He paid for the both of even though I protested. This food was delicious. I looked at May who seemed to think the same thing. "Mouthgasm." we said at the same time causing us to laugh. Chance just shook his head at us. That's when Andy called me. "Hey, what's up?" I asked. he said he just wanted to make sure everything was okay. I wasn't sure that was the real reason but I just said, "yeah, everything's good. I'm actually out at lunch right now. text me!"

Chance raised an eyebrow at me. "Boyfriend?" he asked. May jumped in before I could even answer, "She doesn't have a boyfriend." I rolled my eyes at her and got up to throw out the plate from my food. Chance followed. "Hey, Jade!" I turned around. "who was that?" "A friend" I answered. I knew that May didn't want Chance to know about Andy or Andy to know about Chance but it was going to come out sooner or later and she'd have to deal with the consequences.

May came up to us throwing out her own garbage. "I'm going to walk around a bit longer I saw a few shop I want to look at. you guys can go back to the house I'll catch a bus." she insisted. Chance nodded and walked me back to the car leaving my best friend in this unknown city by herself. I hoped that she would be okay.
