Dani POV
I sat back down after a moment and asked, “So we are going to your place to get your stuff…”
She sat down next to me and said, “Yeah… I understand if you don’t want to come out and help, because Ashley will probably be helping as well…”
“As long as he doesn’t try talking to me, I’ll be fine,” I replied. “Now how exactly do you plan on making Ashley fall completely in love with me… should I dye my hair blonde…” I asked, looking over at her.
“No, you aren’t going blonde. You need to be different. If you go blonde you’ll just be another blonde to him, if you leave your hair black you’ll be the raven haired beauty that he can’t take his eyes off of,” she replied.
“Well then what should I do...” I replied, not sure this was going to work.
“Wear your sultriest and sassiest outfits, be a tease, only just barely acknowledge him, and most importantly just be you around the rest of us… if I am correct you’ll have him before the concert is over tomorrow... Or rather, much later today,” she said with a chuckle as she checked the time. She got up and walked over to my bags, going through them. She pulled out some things and threw them at me as she said, “Change…” before going through my bags again. I got up and changed, smirking at what she had picked out for me to wear.
Once I was dressed I said, “Okay… anything else…” wrapping my arms around my bare middle.
“Yeah, I gotta ask Andy-” she managed to get out before someone knocked on the door.
“I heard my name...” Andy said as he walked in with Jake and Jinxx.
“Yeah, Kat had something to ask you...” I said, looking over at her.
“Well first, I figured you might be cold when we were moving Kat’s stuff onto the bus…” Andy said with a smirk as he handed me his leather jacket. I smirked and took it, throwing it over my shoulders.
Kat laughed and said, “I was actually going to ask you if you thought Juliet would have an issue with her borrowing your jacket.”
Andy laughed, sat down and said, “I checked, she is fine with it.”
“Well tell her thanks for me,” I said as we all sat down and relaxed, talking among ourselves.
Ashley POV
I heard voices coming from the back, it sounds like they're having fun. I got up out of my bunk and walked to the front. I groaned and grabbed a bottle of Jack before plopping on the couch. I took a swing from the bottle and thought, ‘I’m not supposed to fall for anyone… things are good like this… but Dani is different… she makes it seem worth it to settle down and wake up to the same face every morning… to get a house together and get a cat or dog… and maybe have ki… no, I’m not quite there yet! She is going to want kids though, I just know she is. I wouldn’t know how to handle having kids of my own… I’m not that in lo-love to consider having kids… no, I can’t be…’ as I freaked out and downed the bottle. I continued drinking, trying to forget it all. “Ugh why are we stopping and why are there so many bottles laying on the floor... I didn’t… Whoa, maybe I did drink all of them,” I moaned to myself as the bus stopped and I got up, swaying.
“Oh good, you’re still up… Kat is moving onto the bus with us and we need help getting her stuff from her apartment onto the bus…” Jake said as the guys walked to the front of the bus.
“So that’s why we stopped...” I slurred before following the guys off the bus.
“Follow us...” Kat said as she walked off the bus and to the apartment block. ‘Wow she’s hot… mmm so is Dani… is that Andy’s jacket… I didn’t know Andy was into multiple partners… fuck Dani shouldn’t have to deal with that… maybe I should give her my jacket… fuck I’m not supposed to be in love with her… I shouldn’t care…’ I thought as we climbed up flights of stairs. I found myself growing hard as I watched Dani’s ass swinging back and forth as we climbed.
“Here it is. There is no need to be quiet because my neighbor is usually up all night fucking… I think she is a whore or something…” Kat said, opening her door. I followed them in and looked around as the girls boxed everything up. Pretty soon a box was placed in my hands and I was pushed towards the door by Kat. I frowned and walked out. I carried it to the bus and walked back up the stairs to see if there was more for me to carry out. I passed the guys as I walked up to the apartment.
Just as I was about to walk inside the apartment, hands grabbed me and a voice purred, “Well hello there sexy… aren’t you a fine piece of ass…” She pulled me into a kiss as her hands reached around and grabbed my ass. ‘What the fuck... mmmm… no, Dani!... forget her and enjoy it… but Dani… enjoy it… Dani,’ I thought as my mind spun. She pulled me closer, still kissing me, and ground her hips into mine effectively silencing my mind. I moaned and brought my hands up to her face, deepening the kiss as I chased this quiet she was giving me. She smirked into the kiss and ground her hips into mine again, making me moan deeply, ‘Man is she good!’
I heard footstep and then someone scoffed and said, “I don’t know why I even bothered or let them convince me you loved or even liked me… I’m done…” I broke the kiss to see Dani walking down the stairs.
“We’ll be at the bus whenever your freewheeling ass is ready to join us… and by the way, you may have just completely ruined any chance you may have had with the one girl who is perfect for you,” Kat said before storming off after Dani.
Dani POV
I scoffed as I saw him making out with another blonde tramp before saying, “I don’t know why I even bothered or let them convince me you loved or even liked me… I’m done…” I squeezed Kat’s wrist once to let her know I was okay and that she should just let it go before walking downstairs and out the door. I heard a gasp and turned to see a girl standing just a little ways off, her eyes wide.
“Dee!! I finally found you!!” the girl, who didn’t look a day over eighteen, yelled as she wrapped her arms around me. I instinctively wrapped my arms around her, holding her close.
“Who is this?” Kat asked, walking up behind me.
“I have no idea, she just ran up to me and glomped me,” I replied, still holding her close.
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have attacked you. They told me they hadn’t told you, I guess I just forgot in my excitement,” the girl said, letting me go. “My name is Tia, I’m thirteen and I am your youngest sister. Our parents weren’t expecting me and were shocked when they found out Tina’s weight gain was me and that she was already in labor. They freaked out and when she was released from the hospital with me, they dropped me off in a catholic church. Life just got shittier after that. I got kicked out and sent to a foster home for fighting. They never cared so I got emancipated and went in search of my birth family. Tina and David told me about you and gave me pictures of both of you and enough money to get to Kat’s place after saying that, because I was emancipated and because they were enjoying their retirement, you would be able to raise me,” Tia said in a rush, looking over at Kat towards the end.
“Andy we’ve got another passenger!!!” I said, storming onto the bus.
“She normally isn’t like this; things just have been very trying for her recently. Let’s get your stuff onto the bus, we’ll take care of you,” I heard Kat say as I stormed onto the bus. I picked up the first phone I saw and dialed my parents’ number, not caring whose it was or the fact that it was the middle night.
Just as mom picked up and let out a confused, “Hello...” Ashley walked onto the bus and plopped onto the couch, not daring to look at me.
“DON’T YOU HELLO ME! WE HAD A YOUNGER SISTER AND YOU DIDN’T EVEN THINK TO MENTION IT… NOT ONCE!! I AM SO DONE WITH YOU TWO!! YOU WILL BE LUCKY IF YOU EVER SEE ANY GRANDKIDS YOU MIGHT HAVE IN THE FUTURE!! ENJOY YOUR FUCKING RETIREMENT WHILE KAT AND I GIVE TIA THE LOVE HER ‘PARENTS’ NEVER GAVE HER!! DON’T BOTHER EVER TRYING TO CALL ANY OF US!!” I screamed into the phone and then hung up, not caring what she had to say in response. “IF ANY OF YOU HURT HER OR SEE HER GETTING HURT AND DO NOTHING... YOU ARE GOING TO WISH YOU WERE DEAD!!” I yelled at the guys before pulling Tia into my arms and running to the back. I hugged her and burst out crying, sick of all this crap. Tia sat there for a second, shocked, before instincts kicked in and she started trying to calm me down.
Kat POV
The guys all stood frozen, their eyes on where Dani had just been. “Don’t ever cross a Benjamin woman, especially when it comes to family; we will tear you to pieces. You would all do well to remember that,” I said before following Dani and Tia back. I found Tia sitting in a sleeping Dani’s arms.
“I wasn’t sure how deep of a sleeper she was, so I didn’t want to move and wake her up,” Tia whispered, looking over at me.
I nodded and said, “She isn’t going to let you go,” as I moved Dani so she was laying out on the bed with Tia still in her arms. “You might as well get as comfortable as you can and then go to sleep. We’ll talk and get to know each other tomorrow,” I said as I took Andy’s jacket off of Dani and pulled the covers over us. Tia nodded and got comfortable.
Ashley POV
‘Damn Dani is hot when she is angry, but I seriously never want to be on the receiving end of it,’ I thought as I sat on the couch. After a couple seconds most of the guys recovered and went to their bunks.
“Dude, I know you are still pretty drunk, but do you like Dani…” Andy asked as he sat down next to me.
“Yeah… I mean I think I am in love with her and that freaks me out…” I replied, my head in my hands.
“Well that explains all the empty bottles… Head to your bunk and go to sleep… you can figure everything out when you are sober enough to think straight…” he said as he got up and started heading back to his bunk. “Ooh and by the way, stop freaking out about it and enjoy it. If you win her over, and I know you will, you will never regret it. Just in the small time I’ve known her, I can tell you two are perfect for each other and you saw how much she cares for Tia; she just found out about her and she already loves her completely,” he said before walking away completely and getting into his bunk. I sighed and got up. Andy was right, about everything, I suppose. It wouldn’t do me any good to try and think now, so I might as well go to sleep. I climbed into my bunk and was out the second my head hit the pillow.
