You Again

"Belle wait, can we talk?" He asks. I shake my head and try to pass him, he stops me. "Please Belle."

"Don't call me that, you don't deserve to call me that." I say softly.

"Fair enough, I just want to apologize to you." He says. I don't know whether he's trying to trick me or not.

"Apology not accepted, may I go now?" He sighs and steps aside.

"I'm not going to give up you know." He says as I pass him.

"You already have." I whisper as I walk back to Ashley.

"That was quick." Ash states.

"Look I know the only reason you asked to buy me a drink is because you want me to talk to Andy. But I just can't, so thanks for the wine, I'll be off." I say.

"It was worth a try." He says before I walk out of the bar.

I take a deep breath before hailing a cab. The cab takes me home and I realized I don't have my keys on me. I knock on the door. Drew opens it.

"Isabelle, I thought you were going to be out all night." He says.

"Yeah well I'm home now, can I come in?" I ask because he's blocking the doorway.

"I really think we should go out and have some fun. Just give me a few minutes and I'll be out." He says.

"You're not wearing a shirt." I state.

"I'm not allowed to be shirtless?"

"Do you have a girl in there?"

"No, of course not."

"Who's at the door?" I hear a light lustful woman's voice ask.

"I'll be back tomorrow to get my stuff." I say before storming off.

I can't believe him! The first guy I actually trusted since Andy and he cheats on me! Am I not good enough? Is it me instead of them? I hate men. They're all the same, all they want is to fuck you and move on, I'm guessing that's what happened. Drew and I have been in a relationship for a while, but I only started having sex with him three weeks ago. And with me and Andy, I waited till senior year to lose my virginity to him. I guess they fuck you till they get bored and move on. Why can't love be like in the movies? Why do man treat women like we're nothing? I'm never gonna understand the male population.

Where am I supposed to go? I have nowhere to sleep tonight. Sakura's off fucking CC, and truth be told she's my only friend. I don't have a group of friends, well I did. I was close with Matt and Ronnie, friends of Andy when we were together. I miss him so much. Andy was such a great guy when we were dating.


Flashback:

Andy takes my hand and pulls me into the forest. I almost trip on a few twigs but Andy makes sure I don't fall.

"Where the fuck are we going?" I ask and he smirks.

"Just a little farther Belle." He says. We walk into the open part in the center of the forest.

"We should really get back to camp, the leaders will be mad when they find out we're missing." I worry.

"Just a few more steps." He pulls me towards a tree. "Go check the other side of the tree, I bet you'll like it."

I walk around to the other side. There's carvings all over the trunk. There's a big heart with arrows through it that says 'Andy and Belle Forever'. Tears form in my eyes. I run up to Andy and kiss him.

"Forever." He whispers in my ear.

"Forever." I whisper back.

End of Flashback.


I wipe the tears spilt on my face from the memories. That was one of the greatest days of my life. We got in big shit from the camp leaders when we got back though. Still, that's when I knew I was in love with him. I smile forms on my face as I walk the dark streets.

This is my last resort. I really don't want to do this. I unblock Andy's number and call him.

"Belle?" He asks, I can feel him smiling through the phone right now. Probably planning to play with my heart again and fuck me till he gets bored. I'm regretting this already.

"Hi um this might be a little awkward, but I don't have anywhere to stay and-" I'm cut off.

"Say no more, where are you?" He asks.

"I'll text you the address."

"I'll see you soon."

"And Andy,"

"Yeah."

"Thanks." I hang up and text him the address I'm at. I'm down the street from Drew's apartment building and passing a coffee shop. Soon enough, the blue eyed man appears in his black mustang.

"Nice ride." I say trying to open the passenger's seat door. "Can you open it?"

"Only if you forgive me first." He says with a smug look on his face. I give him the puppy dog eyes and he melts. "Fine, get in." He unlocks the door. I smirk and jump in. He begins driving.

"Thanks again for letting me stay with you." I say.

"Anything for you. But I must be your last resort, why aren't you at home?" He asks.

"My boyfriend and I just broke up and my best friend is fucking your band mate right now."

"CC?" He asks stunned.

"Yeah."

"So what about your other friends?"

"I don't have anyone else." He takes his eyes off the road to look at me for just a sec, then returns to looking forward. "So how are you and Juliet?" Best to take the attention off of me.

"We broke up six months ago, she just wasn't the one." I nod as we pull into a driveway.

"You live in a house by yourself?" I ask.

"Yeah, bought it back when we were together, but then I met Juliet and the rest is history." He says quickly trying to make sure not to hurt my feelings. I sigh and get out of the car. He unlocks the door and turns on the lights. "So thoughts?"

"It's smaller than I thought it would be, but it's pretty nice." I say taking off my shoes.

"I'll show you to your room and get you something to wear to bed." He says.

"Andy, you really don't have to do all of this. I can crash on the couch."

"But I do, now come on."

He leads me upstairs and down the hall to a small bedroom. He motions for me to sit down as he gets me something to change into. He comes back with a Misfits tanktop and a pair of his sweatpants.

"Thank you." I say softly and a smile forms on his face.

"When you're done changing, come downstairs to the living room." He says and I nod as he shuts the door.

I take my time with changing and go to the closest bathroom. I wipe off the smudged makeup on my face and splash my face with cold water. I walk downstairs and sit next to Andy on the couch.

"You wanna watch a movie?" He asks.

"Matters what movie." I say.

"Batman."

"We've both seen all those movies too many times."

"Well what do you have in mind?" He asks. I think for a sec before answering.

"Without A Paddle." I request.

"Look it up on Netflix and I'll get us some popcorn." He walks out to the kitchen.

I'm actually enjoying his company. What am I doing? I want to make him suffer. A few moments later he comes back and I press play. In the middle of the scene when they burn the marijuana farm, I slowly drift off to sleep.
