I must be dreaming
I pinch myself to try to wake up, its not working, maybe its not a dream. I stand in line with Jamie right beside me. We look at each other we are both wide eyed. “ERMAHGAWD” we both mouth to each other. Ashley stood right in front of me. Mrs.Ava said “You definitely don’t want her.” “And why is that?” asked Mr.Purdy, “She has a lot of problems.” “So do i!” said ashley, “Can i interview her?” he continued. “Fine” Mrs. Ava said.
Ashley followed Mrs.Ava to my room and i entered and sat on my bed. I hope everything goes well.
“Hi I am Ashley Purdy”
“Hi,” I answered back really quietly “I am Skylr.”
“So tell me about yourself Skylr”
“Well I am Fifteen,And i love narwhals. i love black veil brides falling in reverse miss may i and bring me the horizon, stuff like that. My mother died when i was five and my father blamed me for it, so he would abuse me but its all good now.“ i said, even though thats not everything but most of it, i don't want to scare him off. “so yeah there is my sucky life story”
“Wow, that really sounds bad. Do you still see your father?”
“No.” I lied. I start to get real panicky because if he does adopts me my father will hunt me down and probably hurt him.
“Thats good i guess..So would it be alright if i adopt you?”
“Yeah, but you will have to convince my best friend,Jamie”
“Okay well i could adopt her too, if its alright with you both”
“really?”
“Yeah”
I quickly run across the hall to her room and knock on the door. I could hear her favourite song “Hey mister” playing on her Ipod so I barge into the room.
“JJ Get your lazy arse up”
“Whyyyyy?” she complained
“cuz we are getting adopted”
“We as in more than you”
“yesss!”
“ERMAHGAWD BY WHO”
“the deviant”
“aghhhhhhhh”
“Come on get packed while Mr.Purdy signs the papers”
“Okay”
I was so excited i ran into my room. I grabbed what little belongings I have and started packing. I also grabbed my posters and my blade.
I quickly run out of the room and down the stairs.
We walk into the main room where ashley has just finished the papers.
I smile and grab my stuff as we walk out of the home,hopefully for good. We are actually going to be sisters!
