Chapter 7

Neeka's pov

I was holding my girlfriends' hand and walking with her. When, I saw 5 goth guys staring at us wide eyed. Then I see the taller goth guy say," Who is she CC?" The guy, who I suppose is CC, said," Straight A student, head cheerleader, gives guys blow jobs." I scoff and Winter looks at me says," What's wrong babe?" I say to her," There is goth guy named CC saying things about me that aren't true."

I see Winter get pissed and she lets go of my hand. She walks over to the 5 goth guys and I hear her yell," Who do you think you are saying shit about my girlfriend!" I see the taller goth say," Well, who knew you were gay!" I hear Winter yell," I'm not gay!" I literally felt my heart break slowly. Then I hear her say," I'm bisexual and I seriously am in love Neeka!"

I smile and walk over to Winter. I could literally grab her and kiss her. And that's what I did. I let go of Winter and say to the goth guys," Well, who are you to judge people who are in love." I see Winter smile. She grabs my hand and we start walking down the hallway again. I say to her," I love you so much!" Winter smiles and says," I love you too babe."

After school, I see Winter waiting for me at the school door to leave. I walk over to her and kiss her. We hear whispers and we seperate from our kiss. I see my friend, Trent, whispers shit to his other jock friends. I say to Trent," What are you saying about me, dickface!" He laughs at me and says," Your pathetic Neeka. Who knew you were a lesbian!"

I say to him," So what if I'm a lesbian! I bet you've never fell in love before, especially since you fucked all those whores!" I hear all the jocks say," Burn!" I see Winter laugh at Trent's pathetic face. I say to Trent," We are not friends anymore!" Trent says," You are a nobody without me!" I say," I don't care if I'm a nobody or not."

Winter and I leave the school with proud looks on our faces. We walk to her house and I kiss her sweetly and she kisses me back. I say," See you tomorrow." Winter waves goodbye and I walk the other direction to my house. Once I walk in the house, I set my stuff down and I hear the phone ring.

I hear my mothers' voice say," Hello." into the phone. I hear her angrily slam the phone onto the floor. I walk out of my room to investigate. I say," What's wrong?" My mother had a pissed off look on her face and she said," Trent called and told me you are a lesbian. That you have a goth loser girlfriend and that I should've aborted you."

I feel tears form in my eyes. My mother said," Are you a lesbian?" At this point I didn't know what to say. So I went ahead and was honest. I said," Yes, I'm a lesbian." I didn't know what kind of things my mother was going to say to me. I know my mother hates gays. And I had no reason why she did. She just did.

My mother said to me," Neeka Willow James, you better get the fuck out of my house! You have 30 minutes to pack and find a place to stay. I don't care if you become homeless. Because, scum like you should be sent to hell!" I feel tears burning from my tear ducts and I run into my room and slam the door.

I get my suitcase from my closet and I start packing as much shit as I can into it. I get my phone and its charger and unplug it. I only had 37% left of battery. I hope had enough juice to call someone to let me stay with them. I go into my contacts and click on Winter's name. I press call and I press my phone to my ear. After 4 rings, I hear Winter's innocent voice say," Hello?"

I say to her," My mom found out I am gay. She kicked me out. Can I stay with you?"
