My Reality

I drive James and me to my apartment to see if Scar's there.

"Wait, why did you ask Scarlet to wait outside for you anyways?" He asks.

"Scar's going to kill me later, but we're dating. Have been for awhile now, so please keep it to yourself." I tell him in confidence.

"Yeah of course, where are we going first?" He asks as I pull into the parking lot.

"You stay here, I'll be back in a moment." I tell him and he nods.

I run into the building and up to my apartment. To my surprise, there is packed suitcases at the door.

"Andy, I'm glad you're home." Juliet starts.

"Not really the time Jules." I tell her.

"No, I have to tell you now. I'm breaking up with you. For the last month, we've become distant. But I still want to be friends." She says.

"You know, I feel exactly the same. Have you seen Scarlet?"

"No, why?"

"She's missing, I'll call you later."

I run out of the building and slide back into the car.

"Where's your apartment?" I ask James.

"Just down that street." He says pointing. And the search is on.




Scarlet's POV

When I open my eyes again, I notice the room has become darker. Guess the only source of light comes from outside. I can feel the dry blood down my back. I try to unhook myself, but utterly fail. The door opens. Sam.

"Princess, you're awake." He says closing the door.

"Why do you do these things to me? Why do you taunt me and hurt me so much?" I ask.

"Because that's what happens when you don't listen. I have rules that must be followed."

"But why me? What did I ever do?"

"You snuck your beautiful turquoise eyes into my heart." He pulls the waist band of my black underwear. I cringe at his touch. "Oh would you rather me bring your father in here instead?"

"No, please don't please Sam." I practically beg.

"Then stop pulling away and let me fuck you."

"No, please no."

"Oh Mr Kanes!" He yells and I whimper as the man enters the room.

"Scarlet," I can't even call this man my father. I swear to god if I get out of these handcuffs, I will kill him with my own hands. Jarrod lightly rubs my right cheek with his thumb, he smirks at me then slaps me hard enough to leave another bruise. Oh I can feel it now. "You should treat your fiancé with respect," he punches my stomach. "I mean he did pay a lot for you, even though you're worth less than a Mexican paso." He punches my mouth and I spit up blood.

"Okay enough Jarrod." Sam steps in.

"Are you kidding me? I had to spend eighteen years worth of money on this whore, I'll do as I please." Jarrod response.

"Yes well she's my whore now, so back off, you'll break her." Sam growls. You weren't thinking that when you were whipping me.

"You're such a stupid kid." Jarrod takes a swing at Sam, but Sam dodges him and knees him in the balls.

"And you're an old man who's about to get his ass kicked by a twenty one year old!"

I'm sure their fighting goes on but I mentally escape from this terror. I want to go home. I miss bear hugs from James and sweet kisses from Andy. I miss my boys, they've been apart of my family for the last couple of weeks now. I hope they realize I'm missing and find me. I tune back into reality and see Jarrod unconscious on the floor. My fear deepens when I notice the way Sam's looking at me.

"Is he?" I ask the need to know question. Sam just smirks.

"Come on Princess, we both know he didn't deserve to breathe."

He walks up to me, caressing my warm shaky body with his cold bloody hands. He leans in, allowing his forehead to rest on mine. I can feel his steaming breath on my face. He grabs my ass hard, making me let out a whimper. He bites his bottom lip as he stares intensely into my eyes. Can he see what's going on in my head? Can he see the scared little girl inside of me, crying her eyes out in the darkest corner? I do know one thing, he can see the one tear slithering down my face like a serpent.

"You know, I just gave you my wedding gift, killing the man who's ruin you in ways most can't imagine. Maybe it's time for you to give me mine." He says with eyes hungry like a wolf. I can't speak, words form in my mouth, but sounds don't come out. An evil smirk grows on his face as he sees my attempts at speech. "You don't have to say anything, I know you want to." I shake my head as more tears prickle down my face. "Now don't lie to me Princess." He kisses me hard on my lips.

I kick him in the shins and he pauses and stares for a sec. It's like he's thinking of his next move. He goes behind me, I hear him opening a drawer. The sound of duct tape being unrolled fills the air. I can feel his breath on the back of my neck, that's when the duct tape goes over my mouth.





Andy's POV

She's nowhere. It's like she's vanished off the face of the earth. We checked places she could have went to on her own. We asked family. We tried looking for Sam and still are. Sam put his apartment on the market so it's hard to find out his exact location. I just hope she's okay. My beautiful Scar, I miss her so much. If he hurts her, he's dead.

"Andy we're not going to find her in time." James says. He loves her, I can see that. They've been friends for awhile and bestfriends this last month.

"Don't say that, we just need to think. Did Scarlet say anything to you about Sam?" I ask him.

"Yeah, she said that he was treating her like a slave." He states.

"I mean other than that."

"Well she did mention the date he set for their wedding, tomorrow."

"Okay he's probably going to get a priest; so how many churches are there here?"

"You're gonna have to narrow down that search."

"Okay, baptist."

"There's about fifteen."

"Holy shit, well which ones would have the best chance to be the one?"

"The closest one is Grace Church."

"Okay, the search continues."
