And So I'm Left Short of Breath With that Heavy Feeling in my Chest
I yawned as I got up, it was a typical day. When I opened the fridge to get a glass of milk I noticed my work schedule. God damnit I forgot I worked today. Atleast it was only a couple hours though, so I quickly showered and dried my hair. While I was brushing my long, bright red hair I noticed the time. Fuck!
I ran out the door, praying I would not be late for work. They didn't take too kindly to being late for work at target. I got there just on time and I checked in, speed walking to my cash register. I
picked at my steel blue nail polish, since work was SO busy, haha not. It was so slow, I think I had maybe one customer so far. Maybe ten minutes before the end of my shift my bestfriend Amber walked in.
"Amber!, where the fuck have you been!? I thought Matt might have killed you without anyone knowing! I haven't heard from you in two days!"
"Chill Dani, I'm fine, I got saved by some guys." She calmly said
"Oh, well what's up?"
"Came by to see if you wanted to go shopping?" She asked
"Sure its the end of my shift anyways"
As soon as we got to the mall, I pulled Amber inside and asked her who had saved her. I got a little mad when she said she would tell me soon. Finally she told me that Ashley who had saved her and that she was Jinxx's little sister. I nearly had a heart attack and I wanted so badly for her to take me to meet them. See, I have a crush on the drummer Christian. She said she would, then she told me she let Ashley take her virginity. He was so getting a piece of my mind, but atleast he makes her happy.
Amber took me to Ashley's apartment, so that we could see them off. When they all got off the bus, I screamed and blushed. When Christian saw me look at him and blush, he winked and Amber had to run over and hold me up so I wouldn't faint. Then it was time for them to go, me and CC talked and he kissed my cheek before he got on the bus. I saw Andy wink at Amber, which pissed Ashley off a little bit. I couldn't help but be sad, what if CC found a girlfriend on tour? Then I would have no chance..
