The new girl in town

we were in sixth period when I saw a girl trying to look like she wasn’t listening to music (which don’t get me wrong, she was doing really well… in the teachers eyes, but for a pro like me it was easy to see the neon green cord of her headphones.) I decided that she was cool but she clearly needed my help, so when class was over I walked up to her and said ”Nice headphones.” And I didn’t mean to scare her but she jumped out of her skin and started yelling Spanish in my face.
“Woah, easy we just got done with Spanish class.”
“You should know better than to sneak up on someone like that.” We both started laughing and she introduced herself. “My name’s Layla West. Nice to meet you.”
“I’m Noahelle Sekemoto, and this is Trent Grey.”
“Nice to meet you.”
**TIME SKIP**
on Friday I was talking to Layla on the phone and I had failed to tell her that she was going to be the third person to come with me to the concert. So the conversation went something like this.
Me-sooo, I have an extra ticket for a blackveil brieds concert you wanna come.
Layla-oh… uhhh… you mean the one that I have two extra tickets for?
Me-wait, you also got three tickets?
Layla-yeah, I have no clue what to do with the other two.
Me-I have an idea. Ok, so I have two friends that live a few hours away, and they love BVB, could I invite them using your two tickets?
Layla-YES!!
Me- I also know one person from our school who I’m kinda friends with but not who I was going to invite. I’m going to call him really quick, hold on.
-Call ends with Layla-
Roland- hello?
Me- hey.
Roland- what’s up elle.
Me- sooo I know you love BVB… would you want to go to a concert with Trent, myself, and a few other friends?
Roland- DUH!!! YOU’RE THE BEST ELLE!!!!
-Call ends with Roland-
I called Russia and Johnnie and they both said yes. I didn’t hang out with johnnie very much but when I did he was always so mean to me. I had called August only to find out that he was in the hospital from all the crazy things he always does. This next call I made, I was very hesitant, it was to my twin brother Colton, whom I haven’t seen in a year, no contact, nothing.
“Noahelle?”
“Hey Cole.”
“Holy god, I haven’t heard your voice in forever chicka.”
“Same with you, I miss you so much.”
“I miss you too little sis. Well I gotta go, my dad just told me I’m about to be late for work, I’ll talk to you later, I love you.”
“I love you too Cole.”
