Sincerly, Rose ~ Andy Biersack
Ch.5
--Rose's POV--
"How was school today?" My dad asked.
"Good." I answered. I had made up my mind of what I was going to say long before the words slipped from my tongue. I was going to change my perspective on this. A few jerks were not going to get me down on my fresh start.
"Anything exciting?"
"Not impaticuarly." I responded, smiling sweetly.
I took his dinner plate to the sink and headed upstairs to my room to call Brina.
Brina had been my best friend back home, and I was sure she would have a solution to all of this. I shut the door to my room and found her number of speed dial.
"Come on, Bri, please pick up..." I whispered to myself.
"Hey Rosie!" Her voice sounded through the speakers.
"Hey Bri!" I said cheerily.
"How's your new house?"
"Good, my room is huge. I love it. But that's not why I called you."
"Oooh, okay, fill me in."
I heaved a sigh and explained my day.
"Ugh, that sucks...." She said in a morose, quiet tone. "And you didn't tell anyone?"
"Only you. Please don't say a word."
"Okay...You should at least talk to him tommorow. Set things straight."
"Yeah, I guess. How's home?"
"Eh, I wish you were still here."
I almost said, 'me too,' but I kept myself from the negativity. "I miss you too." I subsituted.
I heard someone calling Briana from the other end of the line, and she loudly yelled back a "What?"
"R, I'm so sorry, I have to go. Mom made spaghetti."
I opened my mouth to say something else, but shut it. "Okay. Bye, Bri."
"Bye."
I felt tears prickling at my eyes. I missed my best friend. I missed my old house, even if this one was a mansion.
Stay positive, Rose, you'll set things straight tommrow.
I grabbed my diary and began to write down my thoughts, a habit I had been doing since I was little.
Dear Diary,
Andrew Biersack is a jerk.
Sincerely,
Rose
